I had a key fob that's been half-working for about six months. By the time he finished, I had a brand new key fob and two freshly cut keys. He also offered to replace the battery in the old one. For context, I drive a Mazda that requires manufacturer key fobs, so the total came out to about $350. They were very upfront about the cost and explained that Mazdas can be a little tricky with keys. Now instead of one key that works half the time, I have three keys that work perfectly and a backup. The technician also suggested I try getting reimbursed through AAA or my insurance, which I appreciated. Fast service, professional, and everything works. Would definitely recommend.

And it doesn't matter where I'm from if you wold have told me you had looked for them I might not have been as upset but you told me you were too busy making Mercedes Benz keys and my job wasn't worth your time. You could have tried to ask me for more information about the mailbox and I would have gladly given you that information that helped me find the blanks
