I called Anytime on Friday afternoon about the number pad lock on my front door. After several questions, the gentleman asked me if I had changed the battery. It hadn't even occurred to me. He told me they would be happy to come out and change the battery, but that I could give it a try myself and save myself a service call. This place is the best. My boyfriend owns a generic Chinese scooter that he bought 5 years ago and I broke the key straight in half today. We were both super stressed out about finding someone able to help us make a new key. We stopped at a location downtown and they flat out told us no, they didn't have a key that was thin enough to duplicate and told us to contact the manufacturer - not helpful at all. We came to anytime next and they made us a new, specialized key in less than 15 minutes. They genuinely wanted to help and all it cost was $4.24. Needed 2 locks fixed on office file cabinets-the service tech fixed one lock, left to see if he had a replacement for the other. After he left, I reloaded the drawer with the files and the lock did not work. I called and told him to forget fixing or replacing the other lock, had him come back and paid him. If his attitude hadn't been so lousy I may have had him try again...he wasn't the least bit friendly, but plenty condescending. He did only charge us $45 for the visit. Could go on and on with more detail, but really...just won't call them again (p.s. they were highly recommended by the place we purchased the used office furniture from and frankly, the guy who initially answered the phone in their shop wasn't the least bit friendly either. They must not need business to be acting this way...plenty of other lock companies in town fortunately!!). read more

Will never go there or call again. Found a locked wall safe hidden in an old house we bought. We didn't have the key or know the combination. Called them about it to see if they could open it, make a key and reset the combination. Kevin smuggly told us it would take too long for us to be there when he opened it. Said it would be OK, "We're bonded" and got indignant when we tried to work something out so one of us could witness the initial opening. Should have went to another lock smith right then and there. Sure enough, when we went to take them the safe at opening time, we arrived at the same time as Kevin, the owner, who laid on his horn and practically rammed our vehicle forcing us to back up grill to grill. Talk about parking lot road rage and intimidation! He's lucky we didn't file a police report! We left with the safe and wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
