They had to get the code from the manufacturer and they had 2 keys ready for me the next morning. I watched as he used tools to enter the safe in less than 30 seconds. Upon entering the safe he suggested a "tune up" which I agreed was a good idea. He further explained that over time the tumblers inside the combination lock become worn and out of alignment. He also stated that the maintenance he would perform would solve any future problems with the lock. I watched as he removed the back panel and reset the internal mechanism back to the original combination. After completing his work, he tested the operation of the lock by dialing the combination several times. Each time he was successful opening the safe door. He then asked me to open the safe several times to ensure the safe was working properly and that I was satisfied with his work. Great service, would highly recommend to anyone needing a safe lock reset and repaired.
