City Cab is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. They are always late, always rude,…read moreand incredibly unprofessional. Their dispatch director, Billy, has twice lied to me with different stories as to why my rides are late, and today, threatened to call the police on me if I ever called for an update on my ride again, a ride, by the way that he never sent out. On the next few times I called back, he called me a very offensive curse word that starts with an "A" and ends with an "E." Told me to shut the f-word up, and said he would not contact a manager for me. I only got the name of this director, Billy, by accident, when he slipped up. After realizing that I was going to keep calling, and will be calling tomorrow for a manager, Billy changed his tune, and said that even though he "doesn't" f-word "care," he would send me a cab if I apologized to him. I feel I did nothing wrong, and refused. He called me an arrogant little expletive, and told me he would ban me from ever getting a cab again. Even better, the manager, who was supposed to call me, has not called me at the time of this writing, even though his receptionist is adamant he did. My phone has no records of any such communication. All in all, this is a company run by immature man-children who have no concept of how to run a railroad as it were. Once Uber comes to Battle Creek, they'll make a fortune just from all of us Battle Creek residents who can't stand this garbage company.

If it hadn't been for my realtor stopping by I would have been stranded as I had just had my car picked up and shipped to California ! When in doubt call an Uber out of Kalamazoo! They were unopoligetic and simply didn't care! They assume they are the only show in town so they can treat people so horribly but you can always get an Uber from Kalamazoo! they are also outrageously priced! Horrible! My…read moreexperience began really well - the company quoted a very fair estimate and seemed great/helpful during the planning stage of our event. I had arranged for an 11AM pick-up for our party of 13 people to take a wine tour in Southwest Michigan. At 11:15AM, the driver had not arrived yet and I began calling the company and "Scott, the Manager" - only to receive voice recordings from each. At approximately 11:30AM, I received a "txt message" reading - "Sorry, our shuttle bus broke down on the highway. It is not good. The turbo blew. All we can do is refund your deposit. Sorry." No one from the company had the courtesy to call me and personally apologize or offer assistance to find another option for our wine tour transportation, which was an activity we had planned our weekend around --- we had traveled to SW Michigan from out of town to celebrate our friend's wedding engagement. This company may be cheaper than a few other options out there, but please note - if an unforeseen "break-down" occurs, this company will leave you hanging... not what I would want anyone to experience for a wedding/special event of any kind. Use at your own risk. (Also, I have not received my deposit back yet... another frustrating aspect of this situation.)

BOTH Alph Medical Transit and MTM screwed up my trip and failed to get me to my heart procedure. To be clear it was THEIR mistake. I caught the error two days in advance and contacted them and I was told that they had corrected the error and to rest assured that they would absolutely arrive on time to get me. They never showed up and I had to reschedule my heart procedure. Not only did they fail, when trying to resolve the mistake two days prior they were so incredibly rude that I was stunned. When I initially booked the trip I thought the rep was a bit rude but my second call was much worse. I had to go through United Healthcare just to get around their AI. I will NEVER EVER use their services again. This has been one of the worst most unprofessional experiences of my life. I have heard horror stories from other people who have used nonemergency medical transportation in the past and poor service is widespread, not just Alpha. ZERO STARS! Shameful!
