City Cab is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. They are always late, always rude, and incredibly unprofessional. Their dispatch director, Billy, has twice lied to me with different stories as to why my rides are late, and today, threatened to call the police on me if I ever called for an update on my ride again, a ride, by the way that he never sent out.
On the next few times I called back, he called me a very offensive curse word that starts with an "A" and ends with an "E." Told me to shut the f-word up, and said he would not contact a manager for me. I only got the name of this director, Billy, by accident, when he slipped up.
After realizing that I was going to keep calling, and will be calling tomorrow for a manager, Billy changed his tune, and said that even though he "doesn't" f-word "care," he would send me a cab if I apologized to him. I feel I did nothing wrong, and refused. He called me an arrogant little expletive, and told me he would ban me from ever getting a cab again. Even better, the manager, who was supposed to call me, has not called me at the time of this writing, even though his receptionist is adamant he did.
My phone has no records of any such communication.
All in all, this is a company run by immature man-children who have no concept of how to run a railroad as it were. Once Uber comes to Battle Creek, they'll make a fortune just from all of us Battle Creek residents who can't stand this garbage company. read more
