I has been a couple of years since we had work completed. We had front end damage to our 2006 Nissan convertible. For some reason they thought it needed a front license plate and drilled through the bra and the vehicle without our consent. Although they did repair the vehicle, the bra is ruined and their promises to replace have never come to fruition. Nor have we received replacement value. I was interested to see Neil mentioned in a recent review as he is the one making all of the promises. These people have gave me the run around for four weeks. When I got a call from Neal (I'm assuming the supervisor) there was no ownership taken and just rebutted what the "process" was. They told me to drop off my car on the Fourth of July, not telling me they were closed or where the drop box was and then said "oh we normally don't inform people to come during a national holiday, the person you were talking to must've not known". Mind you my drop off was Friday before I left the country. The goal was to get my car repaired while I was gone to alleviate any stress and here I am out of the country playing phone tag. No apologies. Apparently taking your car In for an estimate doesn't not equate to you getting the exact estimate on what you will be paying so when you drop it off for repair they call and tell you what you pay... never experienced that before either. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. I had my RAV4 body fixed up here and the guy who painted the outside of my car forgot to roll the widows up and got overspray all over the inside. Oh don't forget painted on my black rims and over tape they forgot to take off. They tried to clean the overspray out of the whole interior of my car and scratched everything on the inside and the owner Tony told me my car looks like it's from 2019. This happened in 2020 and I'm writing this review because I keep getting letters "to make sure their customers are satisfied." I'm not satisfied. I would never recommend. I had a great experience with B street Collision. They replaced the back bumper of my Explorer and repainted in two days time. They also washed the outside of the car and detailed the inside as well. I had several options of collision centers to choose from and I am glad I went with B street. I think if I had gone elsewhere, I would not have had my car back in two days time frame nor would I have had the quality of service delivered. Thank you guys for your work. read more

I went to 2 different places before B street and they wouldn't fix what I needed without leaving my car there for awhile and one of the auto shops recommended I bring my car here and they fixed it for me in 5 minutes. I called B Street Collision to see if they did estimates if I drove in. They asked who my insurance was with and I told them. They said I'd have to come in before 5 as that's when they stop doing estimates. I took the afternoon off to take both cars to B Street for estimates. I told the lady at the desk that I was there for an estimate. She asked who my insurance was with. Once I told her, she told me to contact insurance first. What a wasted afternoon. Horrible customer service from manager. Lied multiple times to me. Talk to the owner Robert Wiese he was just as rude as his employee. I wanted a hood, windshield, side mirror replaced they cannot give me an estimate on the damage. I had hail damage as well and said it was a year out when the front desk lady told me a couple months. Lied said they don't replace windshields. Refused to give any kind of quote saying,I don't give free estimate and I don't work for free. Wouldn't listen to a word I said keep talking about something else. I hope their shop workers are more competent than they are if not I would never take my vehicle there. After talking to two other guys at work that had similar bad experiences they swore them off just like I'm doing. Go to Dingmans way better customer service they listen to you and are very knowledgeable. They don't act like you're putting them out for making them do their job. I picked up my car from B street yesterday after having my bumper smashed by one of my neighbors after a snowfall. I was absolutely amazed at what they did. They handled all of the stuff with the insurance company. They got it done three days earlier than expected. They even washed my car and vacuumed the interior. Second time I have used B Street and the results were the same. The service is excellent and the results were perfect! The paint match and blend is not even noticeable, and the finish is like factory! They completed the job ahead of schedule and communicated the progress. Last Wednesday, I left ICAN at the CenturyLink and thanks to all of the construction, ended up on the interstate headed north. Almost instantly after hitting the interstate, my tire went flat. I rolled ever so carefully and fully panicked into B Street's lot at 4:55pm. Adam was more than a hero. He tried airing up my tire - not going to work with there is a 1" hole in the side. He then got Fred to throw the doughnut on my car and I was off to the rest of my evening. I was saved from a meltdown and Adam refused any kind of compensation. I've used B Street in the past for collision repair but will DEFINITELY make sure to use them if ever the need arises again!!! read more

Really disappointed with the quality of work done at this location. I have used their other locations and have been very satisfied with minor fixes in the past. Unfortunately, this location failed to fix half of the problems we discussed, then when I took it back for their "life time warranty" on repairs they charged me again. I just used them when I had an accident. Mike was so personable. They are wonderful. They worked with the insurance company for me and the rental car. Easy as pie. And my car looks amazing. Terrible service. Never go back again. I brought my car in for an estimate for damage fix from the accident. I explain the situation and showed him the danaged area and he took a note on the pad and told me that he will call me back next day to give me an estimate. He never did. Insurance company called them to get an estimate and he told them that they don't have estimate. I called them and asked where is my estimate and he said "You never told me that you needed an estimate so you need to bring your car in to get an estimate". Are you kidding me? So why did I bring my car in then?? What was that the memo he took on the day I brought my car in? And there was no apologizing word from him about this. I just wasted my time here. Not only did they do a quality job on time, but when I had a small secondary problem (which was not their issue), the took my car in and, for a very reasonable charge, completed the repair in just a few hours. had a front end accident took it to B Street where i always take my cars but this time i believe they just wanted to take my car on a high speed drive because it has a hemi in it. they fixed the front end but when i got my car back i looked it over at the shop and i notice the hood was a little up on the right side and there was a gap between the hood and the front end. Talking to Eric he tried to tell me charger cars are made like that. so looking at all the body work that was very shinny i notice the tires and rims was so dirty so i opened the door and notice whatever parts they had to go get they used my car because the back seat was so dusty and dirty so i got in my car to leave started it up and they fuel light came on when i gave them my car it was a quarter of a tank of gas. driving down the street to the gas station which i had to get there quickly before it stop. i called back to B Street and talked to Eric about this gas light being on and he stated they had to test drive it to make sure the aliment was correct but me being a female he felt i would be so damn dumb and go with that so i told him they need to a least give me gas money because i knew i had enough gas in my car to do a test drive unless they went to west Omaha and back but he told me they went downtown where they did the aliment at and back which is bull. The next day i left up the hood to see the job they did and once i tried to close the hood it wouldn't close down so i went back to the body shop and they pulled it around to close the hood which i felt they could of done that in front of me so make a long story short they had to reorder me a hood that took 3 weeks to come and they installed the new hood and it still does not go down on the right side and it still have the gap. Since happened in March 2019 and i tried to trade my car in Sept and they wanted to take off $2000 on the offering price because of the gap and the lifting of the hood. When the salesperson was looking at the front end of the car that was the first thing he noticed and asked me was this car in accident and who did my body work because it wasn't sitting right. The salesperson stated the front end wasn't place correctly so that's what's making the hood not sit correct. i hate this place and will never go back. i have used then 5 time on another car and 3 times on the charger. They have always done a great job but this time i think they have new people that don't know how to put a charger back together and I'm pissed. read more

Bad service. People are slow, estimates take a long time, and hard to get in contact with. Very slow, would recommend someplace else.

There's almost nothing worse than backing one of your cars into another of your cars in the driveway...but that's what I did. Fortunately, I did not do any body damage per se. I simply rubbed the paint down to the metal. So what better way can I spend my Saturday doing but driving around getting estimates for repair. I had no idea how many body shops are closed on Saturday...but not B Street. I called and was told they work on a "first come, first served" basis on the weekend. So I grabbed my keys and headed down. The wait was short and Aaron was a champ. He advised me that to paint the entire quarter panel might get close to $700. Or he could try to buff out the deepest scratches and hand paint a little color back on to the PLASTIC. Yep, no metal...therefore no rust...PLASTIC. After some light buffing and application of his perfectly mixed paint color, the previously paint bare areas looked fantastic. And the cheery on top was that it was FREE!!! Aaron is a champ! Customer service like nothing I have ever received! A+++++ Thank you, thank you, thank you. (I have 2 teenage daughters who are driving. I was hit by another driver so their insurance paid for everything. B Street dealt with the insurance company and the car rental people so all I had to do was drop it off and pick it up. It was fixed good as new faster than they had said it would be and to put icing on the cake it was dusted and vacuumed. It had that new car smell. I would recommend this place to anybody. read more
