My experience with Xclusive Wholesale Gallery has been overwhelmingly negative. We went to finance a $29,999 car with $6,000 down. The salesman and manager insisted that because of my credit. In addition to the standard monthly payment of the loan. Showing me a bi-monthly price was very misleading, as I thought it was $470/month. THIS IS MY MISTAKE. I should have realized it was a bi-monthly payment. HOWEVER, as we discussed the loan, I said $470/month dozens of times and were not corrected once. Against my better judgement I signed off on the paperwork, but I didn't receive any copies I went back two days requesting a copy of the contract and they wouldn't provide it. After doing my own research I was able to call the bank and they explained to me that my monthly payment was 870/month. When asking simple questions about the numbers on the contract the manager became very Rude and Unprofessional. He tried to justify the additional charges, how you go from 29,999 to 34,000 not making us aware of the price change.

Also, I was informed by the police that the vehicle is reported stolen at a traffic stop. Inside components were broken and put back with drywal screws and Gorilla Glue. The only good thing was the nice lady who attended us. She should look elsewhere and avoid a workplace with a bunch of frauds. Avoid at all costs. You have been warned!

I had to wait for the check for the car to come from my bank and Eddie held the car for me until it came, which was great. I took the car for an inspection prior to purchase and the mechanic said everything looked good, so I don't think this place sells junk cars like some dealerships do. Andrew, the owners son, was super amazing. My three year old son loved him and Andrew played with him and kept him entertained through the whole buying process. When I called to tell them I'd be out the next day, I was informed the car was sold. Not only did they flat out lie to me, they even refused to refund the deposit!!
