There were other shops with lower prices for the same car, but also less than stellar reviews. So we decided, based on these reviews and pictures, to go with Eston Auto, despite it being farther away from our home. We were very happy to experience such great customer service and professionalism! First off, I called Roman before I had checked the closing hours. Unfortunately, and unintentionally, I called him after the dealer had already officially closed. In fact, Roman was already home from work. Despite my objections that I didn't want to bother him on his time off, he brokered the deal to get me the price I was asking and then drove in back to work to complete the sale with us. Despite the dealership being hour past their posted closing hours, the entire staff treated us with respect and didn't make us feel rushed at all. The sales manager, Janno, was also fantastic to work with. Both he and Roman never made us feel pressured or awkward like you might expect when you go to buy a car. After we bought the car, Janno insisted he take the car to be washed (despite it now being close to 2 hours past their closing time) and spent time explaining all the details of the car. Most importantly, the car itself was in amazing condition for a 7 year old car. We have been driving it for a week now and enjoy every part of it!

We had a disagreement on pricing based on the price being listed lower on Car Gurus than on their own site, but it was eventually settled and I got the lower price. All the while realizing that this was likely an (admittedly quite effective) strategy by them to get ONE of the listed sticker prices for the vehicle instead of haggling for lower, but regardless it was within the KBB range, so I was happy with it. Elvis is a friendly guy, and as far as I can tell an honest businessman, but at the end of the day he is still a used car salesman.

Against my better judgement I signed off on the paperwork, but I didn't receive any copies I went back two days requesting a copy of the contract and they wouldn't provide it. After doing my own research I was able to call the bank and they explained to me that my monthly payment was 870/month. When asking simple questions about the numbers on the contract the manager became very Rude and Unprofessional. He tried to justify the additional charges, how you go from 29,999 to 34,000 not making us aware of the price change.
