When i got here they told me they were the same dealer as 500downnow and even acted like they were the ones i spoken to on the phone. Long story short they told me $5000 down payment and i left while driving home then i received a from called 500downow asking if I'm making it to my appointment. When i arrived to 500downnow's dealership they told me everything about this copy cat dealership and many like them! Then it all made sense to me what was going on. I was at copy cat dealership that copies their business and try to take any customers that googles 500downow's address. Be careful I repeat these are scammers acting like the dealership 500downnow.com. Buy here pay here 500 down was their name & now they are called Pyramid auto sales! DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE! THEY ARE NOT 500DOWNNOW.COM & WILL SCAM YOU !! Finally after 2 hours paperwork the actual 500DOWNNOW dealership I paid $800 down and $500 for plates on a 2014 Acura MDX. 500downnow.com is 100% the real deal! I'll refer anyone 100% to them because the do what they say 100%. $295 a month I'm paying on a 2014 MDX that's insane! Make sure you speak to someone from the dealership don't just google the address you may end up at a scam dealership like Pyramid autos & buy here pay here 500down!

Since I had to pick a star i picked 1 but they deserve a big fat zero…read more I purchased a car from these horrible people! Neal is a big fat liar. SOLD ME A Piece A shit! Carl is the worst.....liar.... they should not be able to operate a business. He with held my plates purposefully. .... then called once for payment I had dealer plates for 4 months couldn't drive the car . It was missing the rear view mirror locks were falling out Crack in the windshield. Neal said the brakes were good.... had to get 4 new rotors and pads along with the other stuff. Gave them a down payment of 2 thousand dollars and put an additional 2500 into the car and still owed them 2000. Called Carl 2 a week for the plates denied they were in.... I kept telling them I would not pay if I can't get my plates and registration. They came and sole the car. And had the nerve to say I can't get it back unless I paid in full.... what a bunch of shaisters! I filing a formal complaint ! They can all go to hell! Stay far away!

Lets rewind i first came and looked at a 2002 BMWi the salesman name was Jay short for jamacia. Off the start he tried to pressure me into talking about a price. wait i just started looking at the vehicle and your already talking about price. i told him dont ask me about price until i actually inspect the vehicle. Seems like he went deaf at that moment and ignored me. So i grabbed my tools to inspect this BMW. he blurts out, its $6900 non negotiable. i laughed hard right at him. i said yeha ok budy and began my inspection. first thing i notices was the passenger and rear passenger windows do not roll down, they make the sound but dont move. next the moon roof is off track. the buttons are hanging off in the center console. There are rips and stains all over the seats. tools missing from the trunk, heres the kicker, when i hooked up my scanner tool to check the system the Computer in that car did not match the vehicles VIN number!!!. red flag i told Jay "listen you will not get 6900 from anyone on this planet. he said to me look your wasting my time i have no time for this. I laughed and said let me see another vehicle. I see another BMW this one 2003 325xi same price, but this one said the same ting with the VIN. no i said let me test drive this vehicle and see if i can get this computer to reset , but the tires were low. it took him 45 minutes to get the keys then hen i sid you need to fill the tires up with air and put gas in the car he said " loook stop wasting my time either your going to pay 6900 for it or.." i cut him off and told him "look here i have no idea who your talking to like that, i am the customer you are on my time, another thing im trying to refrain from embarrassing you and possbily putting you on the floor, if you didnt read my hat and the sticker on my car that SAYs COMBAT VET of IRQ and AFGHAN my advice is you better straighten up extremly quick" he sucked his teeth and got out the car. i left the car and said you better get your act together becuse now you wasted my time and trust me you wasted the wrong persons time. now we move today at 900 am and the doors are not open it is now 0920 and then the owner " CARL" shows up then at about 0950 -1000 they are open, so now you wasted 1hr. SO another sale resp name Mr E meets me and says yeah lets go chekc out the car. he says in I REPEAT THIS IS NOT A JOKE " WE NEED TO RUN YOUR CREDIT IN ORDER FOR YOU TO TEST DRIVEA CAR!" if you think im joking go ask for yourself. i said wait what??!!? that makes no sense if i have cash on me. he wlaks in side, then another customer comes up and ask another sals rep can he view a dodge vehlce sitting behind a snow pile. the rep tells one of thguys to remove the snow and they say wait why. WTF!! i told the fellow cutomer like myself in order for you to tst drive a car in thsi place they have to run your credit...."he said oh no im leaving then" I ALSO RECORDED THIS WHOLE INCIDENT ON MY PHONE AND WILL POST ON YOUTUBE NLT SAT MAR 15 2014 @1200 SO YOU CAN HEAR FOR YOURSELF HOW THEY RUN THIS SCAM. TITLE OF THIS WILL BE CARS ON ROUTE 21 GARBAGE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE AT ALL, THEY ARE A COMPLETE JOKE AND NOW ITS TIME TO EMBARRASS THEM. THEY NEED TO UNDERSTAND HOW TO SPEAK WITH CUSTOMERS AND HOW TO VALUE CARS OFF OF BLUE BOOK NOT OFF OF SOME NUMBER IN THE SKY AND THEY WLL ALWAYS RESPECT A VETERAN. I WILL EXPOSE YOUR CRAP FOR WHAT IT IS AND HAVE YOU GO OUT OF BUSINESS.
