Once the inspection was completed I asked for a date and time for it to be pumped and paid cash for both inspection and pumping. Got no receipt and no explanation as to why. I called the office to get an actual time, or time frame, and she said "between 1 and 4pm", but she would "call me" before the truck came out to my home. ( their hours were 7am to 5pm) . I waited til 3:45pm and called the office for an update but there was no answer. Left a message. I called again at 4:55pm and still no answer. I left another message. "No worries" never showed up at all that day as promised. Next morning at 7:10 am I called the office and spoke with a gentleman. Again, very polite, but had no explanation for the no-show, but would "look into it." He called me a couple of hours later stating their staff had accidently pumped a neighbor's house down the road with a similar address. They did indeed come to my house (a day late) and pumped MY septic tank. If they had just called ME previous to their pumping, as promised, all of this could have been avoided.
