They have some really good brands that they care that you can also find at Nordstrom for example, you can find UGGs Nike Adidas coach, great beauty and fragrances, etc. I'm not giving them a perfect five stars because I do wish that part of the store had been renovated over the years or just kind of updated would've been great And also for people who don't know, they also have their own credit card and if you need a department store credit card, they actually charge you 0% Not sure if that's still the case today, but it was back then so what that meant was as long as you paid the minimum they didn't charge you any APR or finance charges.

I went in today after a long hiatus . upon walking in they always within a minute ask if you need help. i politely always say just browsing . i enjoy shopping alone and like to take my time . After the polite just browsing , if you pick up anything in hand they are. suck like a hawk putting it dressing room. Ok then another item in hand , back again taking it out of hand . It's always the same . sometimes i like to not even try on but i don't bother here bc they grab it . I am a social shopper and enjoy building relationships with the individuals I shop with...I walked into Ella Louvi a few weeks ago and was greeted by Grace - the owner herself. Not only did she recommend pieces and bring them to me in the fitting room, but she went into detail on what and how I can wear each piece for different styles and looks. Since that first experience, I have been back to her store every other day picking up items one piece at a time because her items are chic and unique, high quality, and very affordable. I got a smoking hot red jumpsuit for under 100 dollars, unreal! After my next couple visits, I had an email in my inbox from Grace thanking me for shopping with her and that she really enjoys talking to me while I shop, and now we talk almost every day! She keeps me up to date with what she has coming in and when, sends me pictures so I know what I want to try on during my visits ahead of time, and is always willing to put items aside/hold them until I have a chance to come in. Another lady offered to help pack up my items, and here, they actually removed the tags before putting my clothes in the bag. They might consider asking a customer first. Not that I could've returned them anyway, but I'd prefer to remove the tags at home myself. I'd also much prefer the tags be cut off with scissors if anything, not roughly ripped off by hand. Yikes. In between shots she was frequently on her phone and rushed our set which was MAYBE 10 minutes when last time we were here with a different photographer who was very nice and funny and took her time, excellent customer service. She took maybe 15 photos with some of us blinking or not smiling yet. Obviously we were not happy with the outcome and she had a VERY NASTY attitude saying she can't redo them because they're completely booked for the rest of the day AT THE SAME TIME her coworker was on the phone with a reservation who was running late. We just wanted a couple pictures redone as we were absolutely NOT going to pay $370+ for overall horribly taken photos. It seemed as though she was rushing us to get out of her face and it almost came off as price gouging as we did not pay that much last time we came. Super disrespectful woman who was rude to my mother on a day where we came to celebrate her. If you come here, make sure you do NOT have this disgrace of an employee as your photographer. We ended up not paying for any photos as they came out terrible and we endured an overall miserable experience. That woman ruined our Mother's Day outing. Next up will be calling corporate!

It wasn't said in a friendly or joking way--it came across as disrespectful and unprofessional, especially in a retail environment where customer service should feel welcoming. Even if the comment wasn't directed at me, it made the atmosphere uncomfortable. When you're shopping, you expect kindness and professionalism, not negativity. Old Navy is usually known for being family-friendly and approachable, but moments like this really affect the overall shopping experience. I hope the store management takes this seriously and reminds staff (if it was an employee) that tone and attitude matter. Granted, I grew up with Venture and KMart clothes, and shoes from Payless (Pro Wings baby). Nothing wrong with that, but brand named clothes was a pipe dream for this poor kid. So in my early teens, to find out of a place where you actually see commercials of on TV, and prices that were typically ~$20-40, I thought I would waltz into highschool as the most fashionable kid there was. And you sure can! With some creativity and layering, you can get yourself some great outfits for $100 easily. Ain't nothing wrong with that! Nowadays, I come here mostly for accessories: Gloves, hats, scarves, the occasional undershirt, and funny tshirt. The quality of Old Navy clothes are "OK". They definitely don't fall apart after 5 washes, like H&M, but definitely put your clothes in the "delicate" cycle when washing. I'm very disappointed with the experience my mother had at this Marshalls Niles location. One of…read morethe cashiers kinda middle age, brown, tied up hair was disrespectful to her because she doesn't speak English fluently. The cashier questioned whether she speaks English and expressed confusion about how she could even be working--implying she wasn't capable because of the language barrier. For context, my mother works at another HomeGoods location and is an incredibly hardworking employee. She does her job well and is respected by her team, even though she doesn't speak much English. It was hurtful and unfair for her to be treated like she didn't belong simply because of a language difference. Marshalls and other companies under the same umbrella should hold their staff to a higher standard when it comes to inclusion and respect. Everyone deserves to be treated with dignity--especially those who show up and do the work every day.
