I skipped the cute women's clothing and made my way towards the back of the store to check out the cute little onesies, tutus, etc for my little ones. I just so happened to be here during the Winnetka Sidewalk Sale so I got some fab deals on kicky pants PJs and other cute outfits for my son. I didn't have as much luck for my daughter, but next time we're in need for a tutu we'll be headed here. I went back to shop and picked out a few things and applied the gift card to it and found out that someone else already used it. The owner was there and she is the one I dealt with and treated me like I did something wrong. I wanted to go file a police report with the name of the person that used the card and she said that is a customer and has nothing to do with it. She was horrible to me and she knew that they screwed up by giving me this empty gift card and gave the credit to this person that shopped after me. I was very disappointed how they handled this.
