They don't like questions at all; after several days he hung up on me and blocked my phone. Just as well as everything was beginning to smell fishy! Sounds like a child but true. I never knew who I was texting with although I asked several times. He would no identify himself, I guess for fear a unsatisfied customer might come looking for him. I would not trust Roots for anything, wouldn't trade nickels for fear I'd get screwed in the trade.

I sure don't know how long it takes after a month and a half. They always want you to drop off your vehicle with absolutely no time frame provided as to when it will get ever get done. They certainly won't call you, either. Now, I have to deal with any leakage damage that may have occurred while they knew about it and it was in their possession, while just sitting down there for under 2 months, even on heavy snow days. Then there is arguing with the owner which isn't pleasant because she said she accepts no responsibility. That's why even a one star is too much. It's a very irresponsible way to manage and you can forget customer service.
