I'm so thankful Generations is in our community!…read more I had a self inflicted, small scrape on my new truck and was devastated to have to have body work done. Nevertheless, I took the truck over to Generations and had them take a look. The gave me a fair quote and scheduled the work. When I got the truck back it looked like brand new again! They fixed the cosmetic hurt I put on it and then washed the truck and vacuumed the inside! Also, they quoted me 3 days and got it done in 2. All around I'm really impressed by their operation and am glad to know they exist for any future needs. Highly recommend!

The check engine light was on and I asked what codes came up and he said it has no codes read and anyone who knows cars knows that's bs. So I said I was going to seek a second opinion and they didn't care to much for that. When I spoke to the mechanic he said the best thing to do would be to let them drop a new engine into it. So that's 5,000 guaranteed. I left and took my truck to another shop and the next day they called and said it was a bad rocker arm and push rod totaling 490 dollars in work. The couple who runs this business goes out of their way to give excellent service and (my favorite part) no trucks go out that haven't been cleaned with Lysol first. The trucks are super clean when they go out, and it completely alleviates that feeling you usually get when you rent anything that's been abused and soiled by numerous people. So if you are looking to rent in the Columbus area, this is the place to send your business. You won't be disappointed.
