Store was clean and shelves were orderly however, would be wise to offer better customer service. Parking is available out front even during the current construction.

Mel was extremely helpful and scheduled my appointment for the front end repairs and alignment on my Prevost Marathon Coach. The morning of the appointment they immediately starting working on my bus. After the front end repairs and alignment were finished while on the test drive Mel noticed a issue with my brakes. So he scheduled a appointment for the next morning. So I brought my coach back to them and once again they immediately got it in the shop and started working on it. Their service techs are professional, experienced and very knowledgeable. They found the problem pretty quickly and got it repaired. I was on the road in a few hours with a motorhome that went straight down the road and with good brakes. I sincerely appreciate the good old fashion quality customer service, at fare pricing. Updated Oct 19th 2016: I recently purchased a 2006 Marathon Coach and before leaving Oregon I brought it to Kaiser to have Mel check it out when I heard a unusual knocking sound in the front end. They immediately got it on the rack and did a full front end inspection. They found several issues with it that needed attention. Mel ordered the parts to be shipped UPS overnight and the next morning at 8:00am my coach was back on the rack and being taken apart waiting for the new components to be delivered by UPS and installed. It's rare to have a shop that will order parts with no deposit just based on your word and a handshake. Kaiser Brake is a good old fashion quality repair facility that offers great service and top notch highly qualified technicians. I am so grateful for the prompt customer service. Hands down a great customer service experience. Once again a big thanks to Mel and the staff at Kaiser Brake and Alignment for keeping my coach running straight down the road. Have a Blessed day !!!

I ended up taking it to Kendal ford and was given a much better price to fix everything. After fixing the leaks and a few other issues that were found, I ended getting the truck back a few days later. unfortunately I was pretty disappointed in how little the technicians cared to properly secure both front wheel well liners and a unsecured catalytic converter, as well as a flashing low engine oil pressure light on my dash. I took the truck back and told consultant Morgan Hargen that my truck was not fixed, he was very quick to take the truck back and fix any issues I was having. About a week later I received a phone call stating that all issues have been fixed and it was ready to be picked up and so far so good, I haven't had an issue since. thanks Morgan
