1-Star Review: FRAUD, THREATS, AND UNPERMITTED WORK - DO NOT HIRE…read more I paid ALL AMERICAN SERVICES LLC a $12,000 deposit for a future DADU plumbing project. Before permits could even be pulled, their staff member, Paul Wise, began pressuring me to start the job immediately. Without a permit, Paul came to my property, excavated, and then falsely claimed my sewer pipe was broken and full of waste, demanding an additional $10,000. A second, reputable plumbing company confirmed Paul had lied; the sewer line was fine, and the "repair" he did was unnecessary and incorrectly done. When I confronted Paul with these findings, he responded with a torrent of verbal abuse, threats of physical violence, and threatened to place a lien on my home for work I never authorized. My research revealed Paul Wise has a documented history of violent assaults. Read all about it (https://www.chicagotribune.com/1996/07/23/paul-d-wise-22-of-8-s/). This company engaged in fraudulent upsells, performed illegal unpermitted work, and used criminal intimidation to extort more money. I have recorded evidence of his threats. I am now taking legal action. Save yourself the immense financial and emotional distress--STAY AWAY from ALL AMERICAN SERVICES LLC and Paul Wise.

I will always support local businesses who train the next generation of skilled trades men/women!

Despite multiple opportunities to correct their work, the issues persisted. As of today, I have had to hire another plumbing company to repair the mistakes left behind. This has cost me additional money and time that could have been avoided with proper workmanship. Consistency and reliability are critical when it comes to plumbing, and this company failed to deliver on both. They have cost me thousands of dollars last year and the latest was today. A simple task of replacing a garbage disposal that wasn't even installed correctly caused me to have an entire new system. It had only been three years. Do not use this company whatsoever.

After several incredibly stressful days without water, I cannot recommend Brian Clarke highly…read moreenough. Our water went out unexpectedly due to what we believed was a major well failure. With a large three-story home, multiple bathrooms, an indoor pool, extensive plumbing, and a complex well system serving the property, we feared the worst. We even had other professionals come out, and while they were courteous and tried their best, no one could pinpoint the problem. Brian arrived, immediately approached the situation with confidence, experience, and professionalism, and quickly identified that the primary issue was a leak in our irrigation system along with a pressure tank that needed replacement. Thanks to his expertise, he had our water restored that same day so our family of five--including my young grandson--could make it through the weekend. He then returned exactly as promised, replaced the pressure tank, completed the repairs, and had everything operating perfectly. What impressed me most wasn't just his technical ability--it was his character. Brian genuinely cared about getting our family back on our feet. He never made us feel like just another customer, and it was obvious his priority was solving the problem, not maximizing the bill. His pricing was incredibly fair, especially considering the complexity of the work and the time he invested. In a world where trust and craftsmanship can be difficult to find, Brian Clarke stands out as someone who truly earns both. His knowledge, honesty, work ethic, and commitment to doing the job right are exceptional. I would recommend him without hesitation to any family, homeowner, or military member looking for someone they can completely trust. Thank you, Brian, for restoring more than our water--you restored our peace of mind. A & C Miller
