After those 30 days it was another 2 weeks before we actually received our money back. I cannot stress enough to not work with Joe Edmiston. He delayed our housing situation an entire year. After signing with him in February, we were told the house would be done beginning of July. I then found out I was pregnant and due in November, so we would have plenty of time to settle in and prepare for our child. The project for the house never even started. We had to contact his representative to be notified of each "delay". For 10 months we were told over and over they were "about to start construction ".The amount of blatant lying and disregard for our family this man showed is astounding. The financial stress and emotional stress this caused our family really can't be measured.

The work included (1) repairing, replacing, painting... 4 trim areas high up on my three story TH, (2) repairing, filling, and painted two Woodpecker holes high up on my home (3) cleaning. caulking, and painting my exterior rear slider door (4) cleaning all my gutters of debris. I received proposals from $2700 to $13,000... a really broad range. I selected W & A for several reasons.
