Paul is friendly and knowledgeable, and Kennedy is always responsive, answering all my questions promptly. Andrew and Miguel were the installers, and they were friendly and polite, which made the process even easier than I expected. They were also very respectful of the space and extremely careful when moving things around the house. Their installation work was flawless. The transformation turned out exactly how I hoped. They truly brought my vision to life. I chose a greenish-gray color that complements the rest of my home, and I was going for a super modern look--they delivered exactly what I imagined. This company clearly cares about his customers, and at no point did I feel pressured. Refacing made so much sense! They can reface all the cabinets throughout the house, not just in the kitchen. That's what I did, so make sure to ask about their full home services. I only had to empty the cabinets for less than a week, and now I get to enjoy the bathrooms, laundry room and a kitchen that feel completely new. Thank you!

When we first started designing our kitchen, we connected with Frank, who was incredibly…read moreresponsive, communicative, reasonably priced, and attentive to detail. He worked closely with us throughout the design process to bring our dream kitchen to life, and we genuinely appreciated his craftsmanship and the effort he put into the project. Unfortunately, as the project progressed, our experience became increasingly inconsistent. Frank worked with other contractors whose involvement would often fall through, making parts of the process unreliable. We also chose custom maple wood with a specific stain, and achieving a consistent color match proved challenging. After the kitchen was installed, we noticed that several drawer fronts and cabinets had been installed incorrectly and showed visible damage. Frank agreed to replace the affected pieces, and we were hopeful that everything would be resolved. However, nearly six months later, we are still waiting for the job to be completed. We have made repeated attempts to contact Frank to schedule the remaining work. Initially, he would respond, explain the delays, and provide estimated completion dates, but those dates continued to pass without resolution. More recently, our messages have gone unanswered entirely. This has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing, especially because we genuinely wanted to share a highly positive review recognizing Frank's craftsmanship, attention to detail, and professionalism. Throughout the project, Frank frequently emphasized his strong work ethic and commitment to his clients, which made the lack of follow-through at the end particularly disheartening. We would love the opportunity to update this review if Frank follows through and completes the remaining work. Unfortunately, as things stand, what began as a promising experience has ended on a disappointing note. While we appreciated his efforts during the design process, we believe that accountability, communication, and follow-through are just as important as the quality of the initial work.

She was patient, responsive, and always took the time to answer all of our questions throughout the process. Since we were doing a whole-house remodel, we hired a general contractor who also handled the kitchen installation. There were a few hiccups along the way, and in hindsight, I wish we had worked directly with Excelle Kitchen for the installation as well. I'm confident the process would have gone even more smoothly if they had handled the install. Unfortunately, we had already committed to our contractor by that point. One thing that really stood out to us was the pricing. Our contractor was charging us more for the exact same cabinets, which made working directly with Excelle Kitchen an even better value. Anthony also came out to measure everything, and he was incredibly kind, professional, and easy to work with. Overall, we are so happy with our new kitchen and our experience with Excelle Kitchen.
