I needed service on my garage door. It was about 5 years old, and had not been serviced since I…read moremoved in about 4 years ago. The door was making quite a bit of noise when opening. In addition, the keypad was no longer working. I set up an appointment on their website, which was easy to do, and they arrived just a couple minutes after the scheduled time. They were friendly and quick. They quickly reset the keypad and it worked with my new code. They then used lubricant on the rollers for the garage door and checked a few things on the main garage door opener unit and deemed everything fine. The door now opens MUCH quieter. The whole process probably took about 10 minutes. They charged me a reasonable rate and that was it! If I have any future problems with my garage door, I'll certainly use their company again!

Since We established a great customer relationship, Mike has been kind enough to check in once a while to make sure everything was working alright. Lately the door had been making the "machine-gun-like" noise. Mike took a look and said to me: "It's time!". On the next day, Mike showed up on time with all the tools/parts he needed. Since my garage door is in between 7' and 8' standards, he brought extra parts to ensure everything will fit. Mike also double checked all the existing parts were secured. If not, he put in extra screws just to be sure. Which I really appreciate! I watched him replaced the entire unit quickly with great organization. We had some light hearted chats about families and the current pandemic while he did the installation. Then he cleaned up the floor and helped setting up all the controllers, plus downloading the app into my phone. Overall, I'm still very happy with Mike's work. He's reliable, responsive and great to work with. I paid 550 for my new garage opener, and I find the price very reasonable. I have, and will recommend Mike to anyone I know!

I didn't want to compromise on quality though and was tempted to pick another vendor. But I somehow trusted the other 6 solid reviews and decided to go with him, and I wasn't disappointed one bit. Right from the time I called him, he just quoted one price. He did come over and do some additional things, minor fixes on the garage door itself, but didn't charge me anything extra. Since I had a broken phone, all communication after the first phone call with Jamie was through Yelp messaging, but he still very prompt. (Actually that's an understatement. His responses were almost immediate. He later told me that I seemed to send him messages exactly when he was online, so there was no delay in responding, but that's still a huge plus in my review). On the day of, he arrived earlier than scheduled (he called to confirm first though). He greeted my dog and petted her a bit. She seemed to like him instantaneously, and that again was a huge plus; my dog is a way better judge of people than I am, and I trust her instincts. His work was exceptionally good. I don't know much about garage door installation, but for no moment did I feel like he was mucking around. He knew exactly what to do, had all the tools required to do it, and completed the whole thing in about 45 minutes, all the while chatting to me about Bollywood movies. Once done, he told me everything I needed to know about that specific door opener I had, saving me the trouble of reading the manual. He didn't specifically ask for cash, but I know family run businesses appreciate it as it helps them avoid expensive bank fees. They were responsive and helpful, and constantly willing to support or adjust however we needed. The installation work is excellent, the windows are superb, and the work was done faster than expected. They are beautifully installed - really nice from the outside and inside. Multiple neighbors congratulated us when they saw, which was unexpected and kind of funny. The ambient difference is amazing. Our previous windows let in so much heat and the new ones are cool to the touch on the hottest days. Granted the old windows were failing, but still. It's a great feeling.
