Due to call Tuesday, I arrived home to a totally transformed scene, my overgrown weed strewn lawn was now an emerald carpet with pin sharp trimmed borders, the beds between my palms all tidied up and the sloping area down to the pond cut to the edge, (something I could not do even on my ride on). What's more even though I had said they need not cut inside my fenced area, they went above and beyond, not only cutting but strimming the edges withing the fence. To say I was stunned and overjoyed would be an understatement, these guys are incredible. I've had Ramos's service for about 6 years or so. He was referred by my friend. My dad sends him monthly checks every beginning of the month as a courtesy and convenience as opposed to being billed after the job. Mr. Ramos would cash the checks, but not schedule any maintenance. He doesn't reply to calls and text messages either, nor request for refund for non services rendered. We even added extra $ as a X-mas bonus, but that went unappreciated. Not very professional and I feel robbed.
