Called them. Talked to a gentleman. Was told they would be to my house either that day or the next. Never showed up either day. Called a few days after the no call no shows. Said they are trying to get there. Now I've tried calling them multiple times no answer. Left messages at the company. Never a call back. Not sure why anyone would take the chance with this company with their extremely poor customer service and lack of integrity to return phone calls or actually show up when they say they would. I could understand if there was any communication as to why they are not coming by. But no communication or returned phone call. read more

I called Palm Bay tree service to see about having some trees removed from a house we had just purchased, planning on having a fence installed for our dogs, we needed this done prior to the fence. They were remarkable. Damian came on Fri afternoon, looked at what needed to be done, made some recommendations and said they could do the job on Saturday. They came Sat. and did not stop until the yard looked perfect. They ground up all the stumps, filled in the holes and cleaned up the entire yard.After placing all the debris in the dump truck, they pulled up the street a short distance and got. out and blew off any sticks, leaves and debris from the street. Excellent work done by Damian and his crew of very hard working guys. Palm Bay Tree came in and did a "whole yard clean up" that included removing 9 trees, trimming multiple oaks and other assorted trees and removing unwanted scraggly bushes. They were respectful of both our property and of our neighbors property. They did a great job cleaning up after themselves and put all the cuttings into one giant pile that they came and picked up the next morning. I now have trees that I can manage and maintain! We used Palm Bay Tree Service for the second time to remove a large oak tree from our front yard and replace it with a palm tree. The crew was very professional, friendly and nothing we asked was too much trouble. In less than 5 hours the tree was gone, palm in the ground, mine and my neighbors yard completely cleaned off. I called 3 different tree service companies in Brevard County for our tree removal at our Melbourne FL house. Mike came out and gave me an estimate for our tree removal and tree trimming ( We have 3 Oak Trees and 10 Palm Trees). When he was done our yard looked rejuvenated, it's amazing how your whole house can look so much better after a nice tree trimming. Mike is now our official tree service from here on out. Do not risk make a hand shake deal with Mile of Palm Bay Tree. The presentation of what was going to be done appeared professional and comprehensive . However, The tree trimming job was obviously not complete as agreed when the crew departed. I immediately texted Mike asking when they were returning to finish the job I was informed they were done. I had to refuse to pay till some critical unsafe limbs were finally trimmed as originally agreed. After a numerous texts and phone calls The final job was satisfactorily completed. I paid via credit card as was agreed with Mike: additionally informed Damion prior to start and during the job in numerous (at least four) discussions. OMG unbelievable awesome job. Had a large oak in front of house. Mike came out a day earlier then expected at 5:00 and the chain saws went to town.. Mike and his helpers worked so quickly and efficiently, I could not believe what I was watching. Tree down, cut up, cleaned up and stump grinded down and could not have taken more than a half hour. My husband and I came home to find our front lawn torn up from some kind of machine as well as softball size pieces of mulch in our yard and driveway. We noticed our neighbor had a tree removed and talked to him about it. He told us Palm Bay Tree was out there and to contact them about fixing the lawn and cleaning up the mulch. I called Palm Bay Tree and explained the situation. The lady who answered said I would have to talk to the manager. I called Mike and explained what was going on. he basically blew me off. He told me it would cost him $200 to send a truck out to clean up our yard and he wasn't going to do that(A week later we saw Mike working on another house in our neighborhood). I explained that we didn't need a truck, just for someone to come and lay sod where they had ripped ours up and to pick up the pieces of mulch. He then proceeded to tell me that I should go tell my neighbor to handle all of this since he was the one who received the service. I explained that my neighbor is a man in is 80's and I am not going to ask him to pick up mulch or pay for and lay new sod. After giving me a hard time and asking for my address he said he would "take care of it." Needless to say he never showed up. My husband tried calling Mike but he would not answer or return his call. If a company is called out for a service it is there responsibility to leave things as neat as they found them. Its not right that my husband and I have to spend our hard earned money to fix our yard because someone else messed it up. The funny thing is we need a tree removed too but I will never use Palm Bay Tree and will warn as many people not to use them either. read more

Horrible company and owner! Palm bay tree provided tree removal to our neighbors. My husband and I returned home to see that they had set up their equipment in out yard which had dug up rather large portions of our sod. They had also left softball sized chunks of wood in our yard which broke our brand new lawn mower when my husband went to mow (he did not see them as our grass was overgrown.) I called Palm Bay Tree and spoke to the owner, Mike. He said that I needed to take my issues up with my neighbor. He would not come lay new sod in the area he ripped up or replace our lawn mower. It is not my neighbors responsibility to fix these issues so my husband and I had to pay to have new sod laid in the area and luckily our lawn mover was still under warranty so Lowes replaced it for free. Mike is a horrible business man and should not be parking his tree removal equipment on others lawns, if he does he should leave the lawn as he found it and if there is damage he needs to fix it. read more
