EXCELLENT SERVICE! We have a monster Oak and a large Palm in front of our house that seem to invite anyone old enough to start a Chainsaw, or bold enough to climb a tree to knock on our front door. My neighbor, a Landscape Company owner referred me to a Tree Service they employ when dealing with large or difficult trees. Rick Turner, the Company Owner, showed up as promised to do the estimate and discuss (this is the important part to me...you know, the part where you actually have some input into the potential outcome?) his observations and address my questions or concerns. A Fast Response Tree service is an amazing local company. I tried for a full week to get someone to remove the three enormous pine trees hurricane Irma left leaning over my mom and grandmother's property. The one shown here was partially uprooted and looked like it could crash into the middle of my mom's living room if you looked at it the wrong way. The stress that this looming threat created was immense for all of us, especially with another system brewing in the Atlantic. We received estimates of up to 16 and 20 grand to remove all three trees. Worse, I couldn't even get someone to come work the job because it was too hard, too scary and there was easier money to be made all over town. On Monday, after another company no-showed and wouldn't return my calls, I was beginning to lose hope that anyone would help us before it was too late.
