Very disappointed with this company from start to finish. The initial stump grinding job was done…read morepoorly and had to be redone. When they came back to regrind it, I paid an additional $250 for them to grind another stump and apply kill spray to a smaller stump since they already had the equipment on site. They ground the additional stump but never applied the kill spray and left without saying anything. I had to follow up myself to ask whether it was even done. I was first told they would come back in a few days, then later they personally told me they would return on the follow week. They never showed up or said anything. On top of that, the owner was unprofessional to deal with throughout the process, which only added to the frustration. When I asked for proper photos of the stump grinding, the owner became hostile and unprofessional, called me cursing, and repeatedly demanded immediate payment, claiming he would "bounce payroll" if I didn't pay right away. Instead of providing proof of completed work, I was sent a photo of a stump grinder and later a blurry photo taken from far away showing a pile of mulch, not the actual stump gone. Between the poor quality of the original work, missed commitments, and unprofessional communication, this was a frustrating experience. I would not recommend them based on reliability and follow-through.

He came to our house the same day to see the scope of work and was working on our yard within days as promised. I am pregnant and my husband was injured at the time and we were desperate for our yard to be mowed and a hefty yard project to be complete before our baby shower(hosting lots of important guest to us). The owner himself and another associate came to get the work done. They mowed our lawn and did additional edging and weeding as well. I was beyond impressed as we had just figured we were getting a quick mow. Our yard project was much more excessive. We wanted a paver walkway! We needed a chunk of our yard dug up, weed sheets placed, pavers placed and then mulch. They exceeded our expectations rain and shine! The finished project wasn't exactly what we wanted and the guys took time to perfect it and make it exactly as we wished. Overall for the price and the quality of work this business deserves 10/10 stars. We will for sure be using these guys for all future yard needs and referring them to others in the neighborhood.
