IF YOU NEED A JOB DONE ASAP DON'T CALL A FAST RESPONSE…read more Called from North Carolina on Saturday morning October 8 2022.. Spoke to Rick. He went by the house in Palm Bay to estimate. Called me back with bid of $300. Said he could have the job done late that afternoon. I accepted the bid and requested he text copies of license, insurance and contract/invoice or other paperwork. He said he would send/text it when he got home. Never got it. Called twice that evening. Got voice mail both times. Never got a call back.

Said they are trying to get there. Now I've tried calling them multiple times no answer. Left messages at the company. Never a call back. Not sure why anyone would take the chance with this company with their extremely poor customer service and lack of integrity to return phone calls or actually show up when they say they would. I could understand if there was any communication as to why they are not coming by. But no communication or returned phone call.

Very disappointed with this company from start to finish. The initial stump grinding job was done…read morepoorly and had to be redone. When they came back to regrind it, I paid an additional $250 for them to grind another stump and apply kill spray to a smaller stump since they already had the equipment on site. They ground the additional stump but never applied the kill spray and left without saying anything. I had to follow up myself to ask whether it was even done. I was first told they would come back in a few days, then later they personally told me they would return on the follow week. They never showed up or said anything. On top of that, the owner was unprofessional to deal with throughout the process, which only added to the frustration. When I asked for proper photos of the stump grinding, the owner became hostile and unprofessional, called me cursing, and repeatedly demanded immediate payment, claiming he would "bounce payroll" if I didn't pay right away. Instead of providing proof of completed work, I was sent a photo of a stump grinder and later a blurry photo taken from far away showing a pile of mulch, not the actual stump gone. Between the poor quality of the original work, missed commitments, and unprofessional communication, this was a frustrating experience. I would not recommend them based on reliability and follow-through.
