Catz called me back very soon after and said they would love to take care of my lawn, she gave me the quote over the phone which was very competitive, so I booked them in. Due to call Tuesday, I arrived home to a totally transformed scene, my overgrown weed strewn lawn was now an emerald carpet with pin sharp trimmed borders, the beds between my palms all tidied up and the sloping area down to the pond cut to the edge, (something I could not do even on my ride on). What's more even though I had said they need not cut inside my fenced area, they went above and beyond, not only cutting but strimming the edges withing the fence. To say I was stunned and overjoyed would be an understatement, these guys are incredible. As I say only 2 reviews and I am a champion of the small business's so get them in if you need lawn work, you will be amazed. I was !!!

He came to our house the same day to see the scope of work and was working on our yard within days as promised. I am pregnant and my husband was injured at the time and we were desperate for our yard to be mowed and a hefty yard project to be complete before our baby shower(hosting lots of important guest to us). The owner himself and another associate came to get the work done. They mowed our lawn and did additional edging and weeding as well. I was beyond impressed as we had just figured we were getting a quick mow. Our yard project was much more excessive. We wanted a paver walkway! We needed a chunk of our yard dug up, weed sheets placed, pavers placed and then mulch. They exceeded our expectations rain and shine! The finished project wasn't exactly what we wanted and the guys took time to perfect it and make it exactly as we wished. This is our second year using Hobbs tree service and I highly recommend them. They are a bunch of…read morefun loving good ol' boys that make sure the job gets done. Yesterday they worked for 8 hours on my property up high in the trees to thin them out and get more sunlight in my yard. They are a local family run business that makes sure everything looks great. Today they came back from yesterdays work and removed a branch for no charge (a branch that's called a widow maker) cause if it fell it could kill someone. These guys go out of their way to make sure it's done correctly. Last year they were able to trim up 7 trees on my property to make sure my home insurance was happy.
