I had four quotes come to me - one was a no-show, one rescheduled and still showed up late (both had good reviews and more of them), and a third that showed up, threw out a quote, and left. Redwine's showed up on time to provide a quote, took the time to speak with me about my needs, explain the situation from a true arborist's perspective, pointed out additional issues that I was unaware of (like mistletoe), and still gave me the best quote. I could tell right away that they actually care about and understand trees. Other companies would be willing to just do a hack job to get it done quickly and move on, without care about what is best for the customer or the tree. When it was go-time, the team showed up timely, if not a little early, and went right to work. When my wife (who was nervous about anyone touching her trees) walked outside to see the work, she was amazed at how great and healthy the trees looked. I'm so happy that we used this service and will absolutely be calling Redwine's in the future.
