He was considerably cheaper than every other company that got back to me here on yelp. For my size load everyone wanted $200 to $250 for a minimum load and he did it for $100. We had two queen mattresses and box springs we no longer needed. We called Waste Management for a…read morebulk pickup four times, and each time they told us "the pickup will be today." They never showed. Finally, the fifth time, Denise told me they'd already picked up our mattresses according to their system. I told her I was looking at them as we spoke. She said she'd schedule another for the next week. Denise also told me about some bag thing they sell at home improvement stores, but the reviews on those are horrendous too. Bags break with no cleanup, no pickups, and worse. By now, my HOA was sending me letters because the mattresses had been on my driveway for two weeks. What is wrong with Waste Management? How can they blatantly lie multiple times? I suppose a monopoly can casually and blatantly lie and stay in business. I gave up on WM. We searched Google and found Team Titan. They had some very positive reviews, so I called them. Tim answered my call immediately and happened to be a few miles from me at the time. They scheduled an appointment for 1:00 PM, and there he was, in my driveway, with his truck at 1:00 PM. They gave me a fair estimate, we agreed, and my mattresses and box springs were finally gone. Tim and his crew were very well spoken, dressed professionally, and very courteous. This is a perfect small business! Completely recommend them for your waste pickup. They had a hot tub in their truck too - not many people pick those up. Great work Team Titan. My HOA (and wife) will be happy.
