After receiving our order we called because we thought we were going to get a drink with my friend's order so we called to inquire. My friend was very polite in asking. I've had better gyros from a hospital cafeteria. I suspect the "lamb" was actually the same sliced meatballs they used in my spaghetti and meatballs. I've only been here once as i try not to review until at least 2 or three times at a business just in case it's a bad day, but i don't see this place getting better the second time around, ordered a pepperoni pizza and gyro. The man behind the counter was nice and the place seemed clean but empty. But the food was awful. If i closed my eyes I wouldn't have been able to tell the difference if I was eating the pizza or the cardboard box. The gyro was a joke, arbys is more authentic then that. Got Brochure in mail on new orders they have in Griffin Ga. So really wanted to try them. Call at 6:31 pm on 3.4.22 Placed ordered. Said it would be 1 hour before delivery. Which was fine. Told my order was $75.49. Ask why so much. Was told there was a $10.00 delivery charge and $5.00 extra for me using my debit card. This place is by far the worst pizza place ever. The dough is frozen, the cheese is manufactured junk and the cheese sticks were from a box. I would never expect this from a pizza place. I was told me order would be 45-60 minutes. After 70 I called, the owner was out or unwilling to take me call. I was told the order was en route, and as I type this, we are now 85 minutes into the wait with no sign of delivery. Addendum, I called and asked about the order 90+ minutes in, and asked about speaking with the owner. The lady was nice, took my information, but another hour has passed and the owner has not returned my call. To recap, Told 45 minutes to an hour for delivery. Called at the 70 minute mark, was told the food was en route. Called at the 90 minute mark to cancel, citing other arrangements had to be made. Was told to just tell the driver I didn't want the food. I told them it would be nice if they would call the driver to spare him any driving left. Left my information for the owner, and promised a call back. Around 100 minutes in, food shows up. I decline it, and the driver leaves. As I type this, we are another hour in. I have not received a call, the charge is still on my card, and I am annoyed by how amateur this all is. read more

We are regulars at B and B Pizza. Their pizzas, subs, desserts, everything is fantastic. If there is ever a problem come up, they resolve it without any issue or complaint towards their customers. We have ordered there several times and have no complaints. The delivery service is great. They have never been slow. They tell us when to expect our food, and it's almost always spot on. They are always so nice. My wife is expecting our 9th child and when she gets a craving for their sub sandwich, it's either order B and B or she's mad. We really like their food. Ordered delivery a few weeks ago. The delivery driver was nice. That was the only positive thing I have to say about this place. I have no idea why they are still in business. I'm not exaggerating when I say the pizza tasted like cardboard and the breadsticks were dry and had no flavor. I also ordered two slices of cheesecake which came frozen and prepackaged like you buy from the gas station. Even after I heated them up they just tasted like water... yeah they were $5 a slice. I contacted Grubhub because that's what I ordered it from. They called the restaurant but the "manager wasn't available" to give a refund or any kind of compensation. I just ordered a pizza from there. It took over an hour for the pizza to get to my house. I ordered a large half pepperoni, half cheese pizza. By the time it got to my house, the pizza was cold and right away I noticed my order was wrong. I called the store and explained my problem, whoever answered the phone was extremely rude. The pepperoni was under the cheese, and there were only 5 pieces of pepperoni spread out on half the pizza. He told me that they put on as many pepperoni as he could. Went inside to order delivery. I specified for my 2 large 2 topping pizzas that I wanted double of the same meat on one pizza. The pizza was delivered in a timely manner, it was hot. However, I received 2 regular pizzas. I called and spoke with some1 and he said that they only add 2 to 3 extra pieces of the same meat when you order. I told him that's not what I paid for and he stated that I should have gotten 2 separate meats on the same pizza. What does that matter? They basically received an extra $10 from me. This is a horrible business!!!!!!!! Honestly I would give this business zero stars if it were an option. I ordered a pizza from B and B Pizza and requested that they not place certain toppings on the pizza. I had someone to go pay and pick up the order for me. When I opened the boxes I noticed that the items I had requested to be taken off were still on the pizza with extra toppings added. I called the business to let them know that the pizza I had was not what I ordered. The lady said to bring the pizza back and they would give me the correct one. So, I went back to the resturant to get the correct order. While I was trying to give the pizza back, the man was on the phone the entire time. He didn't acknowledge that they made a mistake he just handed us the pizza and continued to place other people's orders. I told him that I want to speak with him to let him know that giving someone the wrong order could have cause serious damage to someone who was allergic to the topping that were on the pizza. He did not care, he kept talking on the phone and he asked me, "Well, what do you want me to do about it?" I told him I wanted him to at least acknowledge what the business had done, but he just kept talking back as if I was the person who made the mistake. I tried to tell him that I was a customer and the way he was talking to me was inappropriate, but he did not care. I told him I didn't want the pizza that I wanted my money back and he didn't want to give me the money I spent. I asked to speak to the owner and guess what? He "claimed" to be the owner even though I know he was the "manager" who DID NOT own the business. As an owner, you recognize that customers make or break a business. Without loyal and paying customers the business will fail. He was so argumentative and aggressive. A business can have good food, but bad customer service can bring the entire organization down. This man was rude and very disrespectful. Nobody who is a customer should be treated the way he treated me today!!! I will never do business here again. I hardly ever post a negative review however, I believe that people should know what they are getting into when choosing to deal with this company. read more
