I like dominos due to affordability with quality. There is always a carry out special that I tend to use heavily. I always order online and it's as smooth like butter. Plus you stack up rewards points. The service is always good and fast. It is attached to a gas station but the establishment for Griffin seems to be clean. Today was the "unlimited" toppings up to 7 for $9.99. I bought two of the same pizzas. Ham, pepperoni, beef, bacon, and sausage. I haven't tried their stuffed crust yet but soon. read more

First, I'd like to say I find it wrong that this franchise/store doesn't allow the names of the employees to be given especially when giving a review to a certain individual who rightfully deserves one! Secondly, I would like to say to the gentleman who took my order, he was very patient and did a very good job at taking my order also repeated my order back to me unlike other places who do not, it's very rare to find someone who can do their job the way it's supposed to be! #5725 Taylor St Griffin Ga has the absolute worst customer service. Over 3 hours for a delivery and when I called the store I sat on hold for over 25 minutes the first call and I called right back and sat on hold for over 20 more minutes just to be hung up on!! When I called the 3rd time and finally got an answer I was hit with another 2 hours to wait!! Absolutely unacceptable!! And no compensation! I messaged corporate 5 times and called where I didn't get any response!! Either shit down the store or hire someone!!! read more

I ordered a pizza and dessert from this location for delivery via the dominoes app. After I completed my order and paid via the app I got a call from a gentleman at the store who said that they couldn't deliver my food because their delivery staff "had to leave early." He asked to make my order pick up to which I replied no I can't do that because I am covid positive. He then replies with " that's ok we can cancel your order." Are you feeling kidding me!?! In the current pandemic environment, you would think they would have a plan in place for this scenario but they're too poorly managed or just too inexperienced to handle the situations. by far the worst dominos I've ever ordered from. this place has no leadership. the female manager is absolutely useless and moves at a snails pace. she has the worst attitude which makes the other employees physically uncomfortable. there is absolutely no reason why a carry out should ever take 3 hours. and when the food is ready theres always an issue with it. at least they're consistent in messing stuff up. save your time and money and go buy frozen pizzas at Walmart and make them at home. it will be faster and better quality than this store is producing. read more

The management is incompetent and dishonest. I ordered a large order. The manager on duty called me, explained the store had completely run out of supplies due to a new manager not ordering the appropriate quantities and could not fulfill any of my order, would cancel my order, and, after the store was restocked, would be willing to provide me my order free of charge due to the inconvenience. Now that I've tried to redeem the credit, no one at the store could find the order nor the credit, and the managers have openly refused to honor the agreement. Ordered several times for employees where I work, great food overall. We have around 7-8 pizza places in Griffin I would probably put them in the top two. The delivery charge makes it kind of pricey sometimes especially only when a couple of people order out though. read more

This is the worst Domino's I have ever seen. We ordered our pizza, we received it timely. When we looked at the pizza, we ordered spinach and cheese but had stems from another vegetable. When we approached the manager with the full pizza in hand, she indicated it looks like they put something else on their and didn't scrap it all off. WTH??? We asked for our money back and was told "NO!" she didn't even offer to make another one. Because I wanted my money, she decided to call the police. I did not get irate. I have received amazing service from Dominos. Specifically this location. I order online and my food is delivered within the half an hour every time. Delivery drivers are kind and courteous. Fresh food especially the veggies. Never order the wings. Its just not their strong point. If you do ask that they run them twice so they are cooked. Otherwise they will be soggy. read more

Unreliable delivery times and inconsistent quality. First time took an hour. The wings were horrible. The pizza cold and almost no sauce. Second time ordered double sauce barely tasted sauce but pizza quality was better but actually took 2 hours to arrive. Called and they apologized and sent me a coupon that expired the same month...half off pizza bought that month next order. The sale they were running that month half off pizza not to be combined with other offers. So basically they apologized and called me an idiot in the same breath. Waited months to order again not sure I even was willing. Ordered same as usual double sauce and so much sauce it dripped off and made pizza almost inedible but it arrived 30 minutes from the time I clicked pay after entering my data. I live less than 15 minutes from Domino's....so was a viable and acceptable time. You never know what quality you will get or when it will arrive so can't plan on it ....unless you are just hungry and really dont care as long as you dont have to cook. read more
