i stopped in to the outlet a couple of weeks ago and should…read morehave known better. what i didn't know was that their spring sale had just started. and, as i said, i should have known better. i strolled around the front room eyeing several things i really liked but then i pushed past those things to take a gander in the back/sale area and what's where i was a goner. it's clear that you could find stuff there one day and gone the next so id say my best advice is to act fast, act on impulse and use the helpful piece of information one of the salespeople gave to me: i could put what i wanted on my credit card and as long as i wasn't taking the items that day, i could go home, measure, re-evaluate the financial damage done and if necessary, call to cancel the purchase for a full refund. who wouldn't take advantage of that?! two weekends later i drove back to pick up my ítems, which the warehouse guy expertly wrapped in plastic and carried out on a dolly to my car. everything about my experience was pretty flawless. kasala has cute stuff and it was more About me having to limit what i wanted and how much financial damage i could afford to do but in the end, with my new items at home, i love them! i will come back to kasala but only when i know i am a little flush with spending money because it's the kind of place that's going to push my willpower.

I asked to work with Kitto Kunhardt. I had spoken, via phone, with Kitto earlier that week He was extremely knowledgeable of the different beds they carried. After explaining the numerous problems I have with my back, (Stenosis, herniated disks, bone spurs on my facets in the lumbar area, restricted range of motion on my right clavicle area. narrowing of my spine and severe pain in the lumbar area, affecting sciatica nerve approx. 4.5 inches from the right lumbar area. I was informed Kitto was with a customer. Within roughly 10 minutes Kitto approached me & introduced himself. For the next hour, Kitto showed us a few different mattresses that he thought would work for my numerous back issues. Throughout our time with Kitto he was respectful, patient, answered all of our questions. I found Kitto to be very personable, professional. I never felt pressured by Kitto throughout our time at the store. 11 years ago we bought our first latex, organic latex mattress from the Bedrooms & More NE 45th St store. That mattress had a 15 yr warranty & the only reason we decided to replace that mattress was because of my back problems. I was also diagnosed with Parkinsons Disease 13 yrs ago. I use an electric scooter when I'm out in the community. Bedrooms & More is truly an accessable business & Kitto was also very accommodating. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this business to friends & family and my friends with Parkinsons. The prices are quite reasonable and they have measuring tapes available. If shipping is an issue, they also offer delivery through Uff Da Logistics for a fee. The staff was very friendly and even offered to open other display cases so I can take a look at other items.
