I am glad I stuck around after their staff change. I am beginning to see a major positive change with their current staff. Specially their technicians. I hope the company treats them right so they stay around. I'm extremely happy and satisfied with the last two visits. I have not experienced last minute changes/cancellations lately. I hope they keep up that way. The office staff is very polite and responsive. They are in track on scheduling and following up on service calls. They continuously reached out for updates when ordering a part. I have maintenance package with them that includes 2 yearly maintenance service. Technicians have showed up on time and are very attentive to my concerns. Home services are never cheap. I believe I get what I pay for. In my case having the service package is totally worth it. All work was completed properly and to my satisfaction. I hope they keep up with the positive change.

I was charged $568 ! The system continued to not work properly and had them out again on 8/9 and was told I probably had a leak and it would cost $1,200 to fix. I was then charged $95 for this useless information less than 2 weeks since he had been to my home. Yesterday I had to clear out the drip line as my closet was being flooded. Why didn"t he do that two weeks prior? I have talked with neighbors and was given the name and number of a reliable company to contact for help.

Of course, nobody showed by 9:15 so I called to confirm. Seems the guy called off sick. I understand that, but why did nobody call us to change the appointment rather than leave us sitting and waiting? This has happened to us time and time again with Florida companies! Several hours later it could be restarted and would again run for several hours. Bob had me check the condensate safety float and as soon as I removed it the unit started up. Bob then walked me through how to clean out the drainage line. It was very clogged and after I cleaned it out as he instructed the unit has been fine ever since. I really appreciate that Bob took the time out of his busy day to help me with my problem with no expectation of payment. In my book, that is providing great value. Not only did they answer the phone on a Sunday, but scheduled a technician to come out the next day. Awesome! The technician arrived right on schedule, was very pleasant, and determined within seconds of hearing the A/C turn on that it must be the capacitor for the compressor. I've dealt with capacitors a lot in my life as an electrical engineer, so I knew that that should be a cheap fix. Chinese A/C capacitors sell for $25 on Amazon, so even with a small, local company mark-up I was expecting to get away with maybe a hundred bucks, plus the $95 service charge for coming out. To my surprise they charged me $420 for the capacitor, so with the service charge I paid $515 for a capacitor that Amazon sells for $65 (US made, not Chinese). I believe that at this point, the company is taking advantage of customers when they otherwise have to live in 95 degree heat, and I cannot recommend this company at all!

I was at work and had some goofy people staying at my place while I was at work who insisted they had already tried resetting the breaker. While the price was better than competitors, it still hurt a lil bit to pay an electrician to find out that they had not in fact, reset the breaker
