This flea market has more than just shirts and hats, and you don't pass by too many repetitive things, which Swap Shop has. The things sold indoor are where you find the most interesting things. You might see things right by people's cars, but they're usually old toys or collectibles (these parts I sometimes avoid) The food and snacks place had great sausage sandwiches! I had a hot dog because I'm usually never a big fan of the taste of sausage. I took one bite out of my fiance's and it felt so homemade and delicious. I didn't catch the name, but according to the website under food, it's gotta be called The Dog Pound Concession. Disappointing. Bought 2 items from same vendor ($85 marked) and they refused to come down even a dollar when I bought both. Just check the weather...don't go if it's hot/humid...you will be miserable! Saw this on a real estate ad that this was a fun thing to do in Stuart. It reminded me of the great flea markets and marts we have/had back home in NJ. Pennsauken and Columbus namely! With a dash of Berlin! Parking is a little annoying if you are with someone who just had total knee replacement as well! Our favorite shop, the hat/jewelry lady from Brooklyn! My mom bought a hat, which she festooned for us and gave us another ribbon/sash for us to use and two really nice designer rings all for really great prices. I also liked the postcard/magnet man! The produce looked a little rough/bruised, but it's been a rainy summer. Definitely worth a stop in! read more

Some old stuff, some new, some junk, some treasures. Isn't that what a flea market should be? I really enjoy coming here. This is my idea of an old fashioned flea market. I don't want to shop for items that I can buy in a store. I want to see the no-longer wanted stuff, the cheap gadgets, grandma's trinkets, and handmade crafts. This is flea market heaven! Years ago, when flea markets came into fashion in New York where I was living, the attraction was to find a discharged treasure or a used tool, or part to something that needed repair. You found those items at the flea markets. It was like going on a scavenger hunt. Flea markets evolved into a place to sell new cheap junk. There is some of that here but it still has the guy selling his mother's old kitchen tools or car parts. You can find gadgets that they sell on TV but also decorative signs for your door or an old washing machine. There are belts and handbags, cheap clothing, and handmade items. There is usually music and a food service area, so come for the day. You can walk around for hours, then eat something and listen to the music. You may not buy anything but it will be entertaining. read more

Not bad, your run of the mill flea market that I used to frequent growing up in NJ. I was visiting my grandmother, so we were able to get her watch batteries replaced (a lot of those stores at this market), get lunch at a good sandwich/hoagie stand nearby (the meatball sub and lemonade were actually very good), buy some produce (there's a stand that has tomatoes), and be done in about 1.5 hours. There's a good deal of parking, and since it was pretty warm/looked like it was going to rain, the crowds weren't too bad. The stores are your standard flea market establishments: sunglasses, iPhone repair, and random clothing. It's obviously not Fifth Avenue, but if you need odds and ends/errands done, this is your place. read more

Be Aware and especially cautious of the Electronic Display Booth usually in the E ROW. They market a variety of MEDIA PRODUCTS, don't know what Name they go by, but the Devices and Network I paid for are labeled and displayed as "SSP MEDIA". So, this then, appears to be a Vendor of a distributor in Tampa according to the SSP Website (with whom I have no contact). Several Months ago, before I left neighboring ST. Lucie County, I was very impressed by the knowledge and details provided on my preference and the simplicity of utilizing FIRESTICK (an AMAZON Creation). In August 2022, I ordered 2 devices; ONN & Android recommended by Mr. Cono and at a much higher value than I subsequently learned is available in my area for similar programming; but then I was confident in his presentation and did not want to believe I was being scammed once again. I have contacted Mr. Cono several times by Message/phone, but only when the system seems extraordinarily inefficient; like not functioning for several hours. Usually then when I reached out "it's a SERVER upgrade" which seems quite reasonable. However, with the lingering spinning or frozen screens, Mr. Cono would respond with prepackaged or prewritten Texts for a general Audience with no clear solution why the System is continually frozen, or audio not matching displayed program. Each time his answer is "bring the devise to the Flea Market this weekend", well, I live in Maryland Area Code 301, same place to which package was shipped. I recently sent a picture of the devise loaded to a new Smart TV serviced by active WiFi, TV cuts off (Screen goes blank) and is only reactivated when I get out of bed and unplug the Android and TV Remote boxes, and that has become a nightly routine. In our last communication, "it's a user error" he argued. I don't call anymore, though just 3.5 months into what he calls a Contract set to expire August 23, 2023. In the interim, he has granted me a favor he claims, by loading a State-of-the-Art substitution to be removed from my Account December 22; a "Loan" to alleviate my frustration. The Service I paid for is August 2022 thru August 2023. Be Cautious, Don't Use this Service, look Elsewhere, the Performance and Service Support is unreliable. read more

Used to be a good place to sell and buy; but COVID has gutted this place by 80%. No more A, B anc C rows, which used to be the cream of the crop of what was available. Now, its either a land based store or someone's garage sale; the vendors are of a very low junk quality. Better stuff and more surprises if you just ride around for garage sales in the area. Parking here is $1.00 and after a visit I think we may have been ripped off! Just booth after booth of stuff you don't need, want, or would buy, sandwiched between popcorn and funnel cake booths. This is the place that the folks in those funny pictures entitled "People of Walmart" stroll about getting a tan, while packing in a ice cream cone and some caramel corn. Perhaps there are some worthwhile vendors but honestly we didn't see them, just a sea of crapola. read more

I have been coming to this flea market for many years and this year was by far the most disappointing. Many vendor stations were empty. Many vendors didn't show . It was definitely cooler by Floridian standards 68 degrees but as a visitor I came with money to spend and left with most of it. read more

I'm a picker and collector at heart and being from Miami we don't have many picking spots that offer the plethora of collectibles, antiques, and odd and ends like this treasure of a honey hole. All of the vendors were very nice and attentive and willing to negotiate pricing. Some items were priced a little bit above retail, but hey, that's what a flea market is all about, that negotiation, or as I like to call it, the dance. We were here for several hours and we didn't even scratch the surface! I'll definitely be back. read more

The bottom line is, if you can't find it here, it's not on the planet. From new items to a pickers haven. My husband and I got through maybe a quarter of this place. It's HUGE! Parking costs $1.00, then make sure you have your walking shoes on. As some previous posts state; as I am originally from NJ, this place is reminiscent of Englishtown and Berlin. The live music was a man with a steal drum. We enjoyed his Christmas music. We will definitely be heading back. read more

I used to have a store here and it was a horrible experience the whole time. "Office management" is a joke. They have no idea what they are doing hints why there's 10+ empty stores now, hints why this place has been dying for the past 5 years. Just one of my bad experiences here, "The market decided to replace the roof on my building during rainy season. The company that they hired to re do the roof thought it would be a good idea to rip half the roof off and then just put a tarp over it. We got a bad rain one night while these tarps were the 'roof' and I had water pouring down 3 of my walls in my 1600sf store. Electrical sockets looked like they were peeing after a long drive. I called the office while this was happening and the 2 bitches in the office along with the maintenance men came down to see for them selves. They told me to box everything up that had been damaged and bring it down to the office with a print out of losses. Total can out to over $4000 my cost in losses. Their response was to accuse me of lying and telling me that I could still make money off of some of the water damaged product. They offered me 1 months rent ($1182.60) as a solution. And basically it was that or nothing." This is just one of the many many issues with this place. Mary Sue isn't so bad in my personal experience. Cheryl is a worthless waste of space who's answer to any problem is to hand out papers that say your not allowed on the property. It's really a shame that B&A let this woman run their business into the ground. Even if she were to leave I think it's to far gone. Oh and every year they raise the rent higher and higher in an effort to make up for them loosing business. I know this for a fact since I was involved in 4 different stores. Avoid this place if you care about running a successful business. If you're still considering them please do yourself a favor and walk around on a Saturday (the busiest day) you'll see that it's completely dead. We were visiting the area and decided to stop by. We normally go to flea markets to pick up something interesting for parties or tools. Crazy prices!! I mean crazy hiiiigh prices. Even if you bargain you'll pay too much. Saw this nice wood Christmas calendar the lady priced it $75. As we walked away she said $50! A rusted tin Christmas box was priced $10 at another both and $3 for a cardboard one. As we walked away he said $10 for both! All this in the cheap side of the flea market!!! When I think flea market I think people selling their old stuff from their houses and discovering lost treasures. This flea market has some of that. But it has many vendors selling "as seen on tv" junk. Most of the items in the stores are new. I suppose its a nice place to go because you will always know whats going to be sold there on any given weekend. read more

Been to B&A a number of times and the disappointment continues. Not bustling as it once was and there seems to be a large vendor turnover. Many shops are gone or have changed . On my visit this past week a number of vendors in the main row had their doors shut. Even noticed a few "for rent" signs up.... Not a good thing in season. Advertised as "Fun for the whole family". Having two small children I find nothing there to entertain them. A half hour in and they are bored looking to leave. read more

Don't waste your time. As other reviewers have said - a lot of new but low quality items. Not enough old furniture or used items. In some of the shops, prices were terrible - could do much better on amazon for snorkel vests, dive bags etc. Many booths have same junk sunglasses and hats over and over. read more

The B&A flea market is the worst market to be a vendor at. They will flood the market with the same vendors. If you're a vendor and other vendors see you're selling your product well every vendor will start selling your product for a fraction of what you sell it for. The management will tell you to piss off if you complain and kick you out. I've been going to the B&A for 2 years as a vendor every day every weekend. Apparently we're not a 'regular' because we didn't go for a few holidays that NO vendors show up for. I've seen dozens and dozens of vendors come and go because they had a HOT product and 5 other people start selling it for pennies over cost. read more
