Great spot to grab some food. Service here was great and the weather was perfect to sit outside. Started with a few dips and Dolmas that were delicious. Got a grilled branzino sandwich that was really fresh.

Service and food was amazing you don't want to go home. Lol the food I definitely give it a five out of five generous portions and full of flavor. The charred octopus was a must. The pistachio moose delicious.! The ambience is Brad taking the views are stunning great music. It's a vibe. !

Food and drinks are on the pricier side, and the cocktails are better than the drinks, in my opinion. Service is slower depending on the time and day. However, the ambiance, vibe, amd atmosphere is stellar! They have different cute and fun events on select nights and for special occasions, as well as djs and live music on weekends! Love having drinks with a beautiful rooftop view! I usually have a great time here despite anything!

We recently came here for dinner. Here is what I thought. Atmosphere: Upon entering the hotel, we had to wait in line and get past a security guard to be let in, which was frustrating and annoying. The lobby at the Edition is full of TOO many plants, dark and very confusing. It took us 5 minutes to find the elevator up to Azure. The Azure space was not my taste. Everything is white and super modern. It also felt cramped and they were trying to push in as many people as possible. It felt like a club more towards the end because a DJ was playing loud music which we didn't enjoy with our meal. Restrooms: Restrooms were clean, but had very low lighting. Two of the sinks were out of soap. Service: The service was good, everyone we encountered was friendly and attentive. It was very loud inside so it was hard to understand our server. Food: This place is over rated. They have the smallest dinner menu and everything is WAY overpriced. They also give every menu item a super fancy name and list ingredients you can't pronounce/understand. Simplify the menu! I can get a similar better meal for cheaper at someplace else. We split their hummus which was ok, nothing to write home about. I tried their 'Lamb Meatballs' for my entree, it was a huge portion and the meatballs were a little too spicy for me. I had a side of 'Greek Fries' which were good. When I asked the waiter what 'Greek Fries' meant, I was expecting fries with feta cheese or a topping and the waiter just said it's regular fries. Why would you call it Greek fries when it's nothing fancy? My husband ordered a fish small plate which was entirely fried! He said it was too greasy and heavy. It didn't say anything on menu of it being fried. Our other friends said they liked their dishes but it wasn't anything extraordinary for the price. My husband described our dinner as the worst most expensive meal he's ever had. Overall, I think this place is a rip off and they're charging way too much for mediocre food. You can go someplace else in Tampa and eat better food for a better price.

Azure is a beautifully decorated restaurant/ bar at the edition hotel right next to the rooftop. The bar is always lively, and the service is always great. However, I would not recommend dining here, just only grab cocktails. This place is way over priced for average food. I will say my burger blew me away and was wonderful, but besides that one dish the food was average at a very premium price point. I feel like the quality isn't up to par. As stated previously, it's a great spot to grab drinks and mingle but I don't find the dining experience here to be worth the price tag.

Although I loved the banana espresso martinis I also loved their cosmopolitan! Rooftop seating

My husband and I recently had dinner at Azure at The Edition Hotel, and overall, it was a fantastic experience. We started with the Greek salad, which was fresh, crisp, and perfectly seasoned. I also had the lamb meatballs, and they were absolutely delicious - tender, flavorful, and beautifully presented. My husband opted for the branzino sandwich with fries and a Greek salad, and he thoroughly enjoyed it. The branzino was light yet satisfying, and the fries were perfectly crisp. To accompany our meal, we each had a glass of French rosé which was light, refreshing, and paired wonderfully with the food. After dinner, we transitioned to the outdoor patio, which offered a lovely ambiance, and treated ourselves to banana espresso martinis - easily the best we've ever had. Rich, smooth, and indulgent, they were the perfect end to the evening. The atmosphere, service, food, and drinks were all truly excellent. The staff was attentive without being intrusive, and the overall vibe was upscale yet relaxed. However, one downside that left a sour note was the $45 valet charge. For locals like us who live in the area and plan to return often, that price is excessive. It would be a smart and considerate gesture to offer a reduced parking rate for frequent diners or neighborhood residents. That one detail significantly impacted an otherwise perfect night. Rating: 4.5/5 Would we return? Absolutely. But next time, we might consider alternative parking options unless the valet policy changes. They really are doing the locals a disservice by overcharging

I visited Azure at the Edition for dinner on a Saturday night. We got a 5:00 reservation. The restaurant changes menus at 5:30 so we sat having drinks after we were seated for 30 minutes so we could order off the full menu. We ordered the tuna tartare, the cauliflower entrees and the Lamb and a bottle of red blend wine. This restaurant is a bit pricey for a very casual pool side restaurant. This is not a restaurant that you dress up for? Again, pool side and you can order this food poolside or at least a limited portion if the menu. I enjoyed the food but did not think it was a great value.

During our stay here, we experience two of the restaurants here and Azure aesthetics and decor are beautiful. The seating can get a little tight if it is busy but a good experience because it is situated right next to the pool rooftop. The food menu is fairly small and simple which I do prefer and the food did come out at a good time and was, pretty good. The prices are not as bad as I expected, and it was a nice added touch to our stay. The hostess and staff were professional and always available if needed.

My friend had the lamb meatballs and seem to enjoy it. I asked the waitress if what I ordered was a lot of meat ( which I did not want ) and she told me no it was small pieces of chicken...just look at the picture. It's literally nothing but chicken and it was pretty bland. I really didn't eat much cuz it was just too much and not that appetizing. I definitely wouldn't order this item again but maybe I'll try something else if I go back.

The only reason we ate here was having hotel credits to use toward dining. All the food was amazing. For my meal, I ordered both of the octopus appetizer dishes on the menu and had them come out at the same time as my husband's swordfish. The octopus was my favorite by far. My husband's swordfish was large chunks and cooked perfectly. The seasoning on everything was perfect. We ordered ice water to drink and no alcohol. Our bill was over $100 after tip. I don't believe this is a good value if you are paying out-of-pocket instead of using hotel credits. The restaurant is located on the ninth floor of the Tampa Edition hotel, which is a five-star hotel in the Tampa Bay area. The chef also has a Michelin star. I guess I should expect everything here to be expensive.

    The rooftop bar poolside.

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was disappointing enough to warrant one. Armando our waiter was slow and inattentive. The place was not busy. As for the food -- unfortunately, it didn't redeem the experience. The humus appetizer was tasty and a healthy portion but came with four small slices of pita then charged for more to be able to enjoy the rest of the humus. The chicken kabob was dry and not a good flavor. The steak kabob was super salty and didn't care for the sauce on top. The lamb meatballs were the best of the three dishes ordered. Overall, this was one of the most underwhelming dining experiences I've had in a long time. It's sad because it's a beautiful rooftop with great views. We finished the evening by the pool where there was a live band and great atmosphere.Having paid $$$$ for 3 entrees, 4 drinks and 2 sides...I shouldn't be dissatisfied with the food or service. I won't be returning, and I can't recommend this place based on our visit.

I really wish I could give this place 5 stars because I genuinely love the atmosphere at Azure in Tampa. It's stylish, upscale, and a great spot to enjoy a night out. However, the service has consistently been a letdown every time I've visited. On my most recent visit, we had to stand around waiting to be acknowledged, and eventually had to ask if we could seat ourselves. Once seated, no one came to the table, so we had to go to the bar just to get a drink. The bartender seemed annoyed and gave off a condescending vibe, as if we didn't belong there--which was disappointing and honestly made us feel uncomfortable. The ambiance is beautiful and the place has so much potential! I definitely recommend it because the views are amazing! I truly hope the service reflects the quality of the place on my next visit.

All three were exceptional and next time I'll go next door to their market and buy some to take home. From there we dug into breakfast dishes. We had a 6:30 PM reservation and the restaurant was fairly empty (about 4-5 tables occupied), yet we were seated at a very small two-top directly next to another couple where we could clearly hear each other's conversations. Several larger tables nearby remained empty the entire evening. When I asked about moving, we were told the tables were reserved and we'd need to leave by 8:30 PM ~ yet we stayed until 9:40 PM and those tables were never used... Service started off slow. No one greeted us for about 20 minutes until we waved someone over. When our server, Briana, arrived, she asked if we had been helped, which made it seem like there was a lack of communication between the host staff and servers. Food was okay: the branzino with grilled vegetables was very good, but the octopus was extremely tough and chewy. My plate was also chipped on both the left and right sides, which was surprising considering how expensive the dinner was. Drinks were fine, just a bit too sweet. What really caught me off guard was the automatic 20% gratuity added to a two-top. The most expensive restaurants in Tampa don't even do it and this is not Miami. Overall, not a terrible experience ~ but not one that makes me eager to return.
