*READ TILL END* Anissa Saved this review! One of the worst experiences I've ever experienced. Luckily Lou was able to assist. I had already submitted my application. Everything was great. Well I called to see if I could upgrade my service to premium and if would also be able to move the date up. The original agent (who is lucky I do not remember his name) said that would be fine. Just has to get a manager approval. Well, get a call back and he said They needed to recreate my entire account because the rentals and fee wouldn't line up. I said "ok, but I can still have the premium and the closer delivery date." He confirmed "yes" and said he would give me a call back. Well, 2 hours had passed and basically left me high and dry with no call back, no confirmation, nothing. So when I called back it was like nothing was finished. Lou was able to "finish his work without an approval" sooo that made no sense. In the end I STILL got screwed having to make a new account and still having the original delivery date. I don't believe any of that was fair. Granted it was handled but if I hadn't have called back I basically would've had no delivery and no nothing. Was not a good experience. ANISSA. A goddess sent from above. She was able to call me and hear out my entire story. She fully believes in customers service! She was able to assist and use my story as a training purpose for agents. She was able to talk, hear me, understand me and make things right. Anissa needs a raise!!! I will recommend this service now because of how Anissa handled this situation. read more

I had a very disappointing experience with Azumia Leasing. Their customer service is absolutely horrible. They do not stick to their word, especially when it comes to honoring promises about late fee removals. What you are told on the phone does not match what actually happens on your account. The delivery of my equipment was also late. I was told one date, but it ended up arriving three days later than promised. Because of that delay, I missed two days of work, which cost me over $380 in lost income. They offered me one month free for the delayed delivery, but when I looked at the numbers, that did not even properly compensate for the wages I lost. Two days of missed work alone totaled over $380. At one point, my power was out for 14 days, and there was absolutely no empathy or urgency from their team. Instead of working with me, they were quick to shut off my service when it wasn't warranted. However, when it came time to restore the power, it took six or more hours. The lack of consistency and professionalism is unbelievable. Between the stress, unprofessional behavior, poor communication, unwarranted fees, and lack of accountability, I would not recommend this service to anyone--unless you are prepared to deal with constant frustration and unnecessary headaches. read more

I was originally quoted and signed for $55/mo for the washer/dryer but have ended up paying $93 each month. My need was only for four months, leasing was my best option. Paying over the phone has a fee. There's a fee to pay online. There is no place to pay in person. The website is glitchy and causes issues with paying. Registering my account online was a process in the beginning. Other than the bill, the washer and dryer is very clean. Almost $400 later, I'm bitter. ***Do not lease a washer and dryer long-term. You would greatly benefit from buying your own. read more

A really bad experience. The driver had to come by a total of 3 times because he could not figure out which washer and dryer would fit. It was extremely inconsiderate of my time. They were all incredibly unprofessional as they said "this washer and dryer is pretty crappy" upon installation. They also changed my monthly rate without any notice in my email or by phone. I do not recommend renting from them. read more

I had a great experience with this company in Nashville TN! A year ago, we were cancelled on 4 times by a different company and had to call multiple times to even find out they weren't coming and to get our money refunded. We went weeks without laundry. AZUMA stepped in quickly and we had it scheduled within a few days. The guys who came a year ago were super nice I wish I remembered their names. Today, Brian came and picked up and was great as well! I also got a hold of customer service super easily this morning to confirm. When the washer and dryer was installed, the drain hose wasn't put in right and it flooded our laundry room. And pick up is an absolute night mare! You can call them and tell them you want it picked up, they will say they called you and emailed you, but no emails or calls are to be seen. Don't waste your time read more

I recently rented a washing machine from Azuma, and we are quite thrilled with the service. The only setback was the delivery. The previous occupants at our new place were European, and we suspect that they had the skinnier models from Europe. The Azuma delivery guy took one look at our laundry room and determined that there was no way the machine could just roll through the doors -- there was a sink set up in the way. Unfortunately, this became a 2-person job, and I had to re-schedule the delivery for a day when he and his partner could both be available. It was a few days later, but we weren't happy with the wait when we had timed our laundry for that initial delivery day. Thankfully, we were still renting at our old place, and were able to use the machines there. The machine was brand spanking new and we love the convenience of being able to do the laundry at any time. Otherwise, on the day they delivered, the 2 guys were great and friendly and fast. I know they usually ask would-be customers if they have stairs so that they could schedule on the days when 2 people are available to deliver, so perhaps our situation will modify their line of questioning for future customers. read more

So I've been leasing from Azuma for four months now. I have absolutely no complaints at all. They delivered and connected at the time they said they would. I pay every month online with no issues. Also, I was surprised to see they brought me a washer and dryer that looks like they're brand new. They also work with no issues at all. read more

Don't do it!! HORRIBLE customer service... I've only been using Azuma for 9 months and I can't even count on my hands the number of times I've had to contact them. I had so many issues with my invoices not coming through to my email that I had to switch my email address to my work one. When I still didn't get them, I was charged a late fee... After being told two times that the fee would be waved, they NEVER were which caused me to incur even more accrued late fees daily! They kept telling me to call back and check to make sure the late fees were taken off. Honestly, I was DONE with having to constantly call them and I asked them to have someone call ME when they were taken off... but they refused and told me I would need to call them. I've worked in customer service before and I know it would not have been hard to make a note of my account and fulfill this simple request to followup with a customer (an angry one at that!) On top of everything, the machine itself was dented and scratched up when I got it. I'm beyond fed up and will drop my service and switch to another company. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere for your washer/dryer rental. read more

Please do not use this company if you are needing to lease an appliance. I used them for about a year for a washer and dryer set because the apartment did not provide one. They never worked right. When the washer literally broke down, I called to have a tech come out, they gave me an appointment 3 days away. I told them if they couldn't do any better than that, just to come pick them up. They told me they could do that the next day and it would be a $40 charge. The she said that she could magically put me in the next day since they didnt want me to cancel and they could give me a month for free. I said ok. the guy comes and said there was nothing wrong with the washer. It was full of water and would not budge. I called back and they said they could get me in again, in 5 days!!! I said absolutely not. They then again worked me in for a next day appointment. The unprofessional and down right creepy tech came out and said the washer was definately broke and it was the time but we would have to reschedule the appointment AGAIN because he didnt have the right part. Sooooo.. here I go again , called the company this morning, its Monday morning and they cant get me in until Thursday. They will be picking these pieces of junks up and I will never refer to them.
