He proceeded to tell me the manufacturer sets the price but I had already looked online to order through GE. This wasn't true at all. I told him I already researched and GE charges $10 bucks-Marcone is hustling them for $14.71! (I called Marcone b/c the wait time to order directly through GE and USPS has a two week turnover vs driving across town). Ok, I get it-they're in business to make a profit but he didn't have to lie. And If he had been a little nicer on the phone I still may have given them my business.

The service is thorough and prompt, even if it is a small part of an accessory appliance. Five times they have either had what I needed on stock or available within 24 hrs. On one occasion, the service guy searched their regional inventory to locate my part and get it available by the next business day. This is the best place to go whether you need a new handle, motor, filter, icemaker or bolt to repair any of your household appliances!

She completely…read moreunderstood what our vision was and we ended up having her provide us a quote and eventually purchasing all of the appliances for a complete kitchen remodel. Kerri was a great communicator since we were living between CA and TN so many times we were talking via email. Our next step in communication has been with Keith who scheduled the delivery and install for us. As of today we have received the items and this week they will be installed. Our delivery came at the beginning of the time window provided to us. Carlton and Derek were so pleasant and helpful and ensured they were not leaving any of my appliances in an area that would cause me issues until they are installed. I am on a very strict timeline between all contractors and my return flight to CA and Keith has gone out of his way to ensure that everything will work for my schedule so I don't have to change any of my travel plans. I do not foresee any issues on installation day since we have already had such a great experience.
