Kerri was a great communicator since we were living between CA and TN so many times we were talking via email. Our next step in communication has been with Keith who scheduled the delivery and install for us. As of today we have received the items and this week they will be installed. Our delivery came at the beginning of the time window provided to us. Carlton and Derek were so pleasant and helpful and ensured they were not leaving any of my appliances in an area that would cause me issues until they are installed. I am on a very strict timeline between all contractors and my return flight to CA and Keith has gone out of his way to ensure that everything will work for my schedule so I don't have to change any of my travel plans. I do not foresee any issues on installation day since we have already had such a great experience.
