    Very pleased with the recent cleaning and repair of my 6 year old Dyson. Pricing was reasonable and my Dyson feels brand new again!

    Fantastic shop. He can repair any vacuum and sell one that will last 20 years. I highly recommend taking the time to drive to this shop.

They were well staffed, but the associates were all chatting with each other, not too focused on the customers, especially in the computer area. Store is clean and in good condition.     In May 2018 I purchased a lg refrigerator from bestbuy and was told I was still active so I started…read morehaving problems with my lgdoor with i a door five time they came out one time to service it four times to change it each time the came out to exchange the refrigerator they complain about how heavy it is and its to much problem to bring it up because it was the same people who delivered it the first time so they knew what they was getting in too so now overtime they come to delivere the refrigerator they will dent the one on the truck so they will have to come back one of the five time the put down as they exchanged the refrigerator but never did so when we called in the the company on March 30 they said that they exchanged the refrigerator so I read the numbers to them of the refrigerator showing them i have the same refrigerator so the delivery man lied to the company and they lies don't stop i have many case numbers that the operator gave me when looking up the refrigerator they said I was active then they was going to send someone out to replace the refrigerator but that changed then someone came out to do a test on the refrigerator and now they changed again by putting in my Samsung refrigerator as my lg refrigerator the Samsung refrigerator is my tenant refrigerator now they are saying that where my warranty is on but the parts and labor is more they would just replace the refrigerator i need an compressor and a condenser now they are saying that im only covered for the compressor and not the condenser but I was told I was because I we brought a bundle and the reason why I paid for the parts is because all my wife ozempic meds went bad we had 6 boxes and its been two to three weeks without a refrigerator or replacement and when they came out to change the parts I was first told by bestbuy that it was the compressor but when lg came out they said it the compressor and the condenser on my home camera they only came in with there tool bag and when they started talking they was talking in German or Russian so they left after talking to they self for 5 minutes and said they have to order a part the condenser ok so they left but said in one to two days someone will contact me three days went by no phone call so me and my wife contact them and they said through the infestation they couldn't do the repairs we said what infestation we do have any type of bug or mices in our home so I went and took off the panel and took pictures and sent ti to lg a totaled of 12 pictures showing that he lied and the only thing that was on or around the condenser was dust so I brushed it off and took pictures of the dust on the floor and sent it to the and they want me to pay to have some one come to clean what I've just done In 5 seconds There was never any bugs and I want to post the pictures on line if I have a spot to post now 1 from the first time defective refrigerator 2 lied about delivery 3 they dent the new refrigerator 4 they dent the other refrigerator again and blamed it on the warehouse twice 5 they said that they delivered the refrigerator 6 they came out to changed the part the compressor 7 now they said its the condenser and have to order a condenser 8 they lie about saying infestation and it was a little dust on the condenser 9 we even paid to have it replaced 10 its been almost three weeks 11 my wife ozempic meds went bad6 boxes 12 they won't replace ar fix the refrigerator even after we paid for it 13 I can go on but now I'll change to something new about a year and a half ago ive purchase over 12 thousand dollars of electronics for my daughter a complete gaming system and I but the bundle on all electronics at bestbuy and that's where I brought my lg from so I have ove five accounts there and they was supposed to link all together because of the bundle for the electronics I was supposed to be notified to renew my bundle from bestbuy I wasn't notified so again we called to see if they can do something and activate the bundle again they said they will call me and all my gaming toys for my daughter is till in the box in my hallway never been opened and to this very day they still haven't contacted me about my bundle care on the gaming system so onall my electronics ive spent about 20 to 25 thousand dollars on electronics and electrical appliances now im fucked on my refrigerator and my gaming system doesn't have any coverage

    Want to start by saying, i love DTs. This was my 1st time shopping there but my parents have bee…read morebuying there since the 80's. i'm 37. so, at least 30 years. this last visit was a 5k purchase; refrigerator, oven, dish washer, washer & dryer combo, microwave & couch. Tim was the gentle whom helped. He was nice, kind & seemed to really helped us! day of delivery: the 2 gentle, again were great! the wrong microwave was brought and since it was an upgrade, for which we were reminded repeatedly, we shouldn't complain about that. even though it doesnt match color scheme but really not to big of a deal. then there is a small but noticible dent on the front panel of dish washer, again things happen & it is small. 3rd, washer & dryer wont be coming for another week, to the day. pushing my gas people back, not to mention the weeks pay to the contractors & so forth. yet again, cool. i understand in remodels things get pushed back or wrong items sent ect. 4th. the entire left side of the refrigerator was riddled in dents! so many that i was going to have to build a cassing, to hide the dents, costing more money. i go to DTs the following day, on jefferson st, cookeville. this time my father & i spoke to Ben, whom was unhelpful, not friendly, arrogant and so rude that my father just took a set, afraid of what he may say. Ben repeatedly asked me what i wanted & that it wasnt his fault & i needed to correct myself. i actually apologized & reiterated that i knew the he, nor Tim, noe the two delivery boys were responsible! then Ben took it upon himself to look up each item and tell us the retail cost. as if we should shut up because we has $40 taken off. (forgot to mention that) what Ben didnt know, is that dad & i had done our research and we could have bought all 6 items from 4 different stores and saved almost 1k. i let Ben know this. Dad finally spoke up & said the only reason we were here was he'd been doing business foe 30 plus years & thought getting everything at one place would be easier. Ben basically said he wasn't going to help & that Tim's days off were Sun, along w/every1 else & Tuesdays & for me to make ANOTHER trip up there. wasnt able to come the following day, wed but came on thur. Tim suggest getting a new refrigerator. i had no choice but to agree and wait another week for it. altogether, the two weeks of waiting has added additional 4k to my budget & Ben's attitiude will not be forgotten! i write reviews, all the time & never have wrote one like this. nor have my Father & i been treated so rudely before. especially after spending 5k+.Again, Tim was calm, and listened. while Ben seemed as if we were taking up his time & became aggressive in his tone and his stance. being an openly gay man, there was no need for his tone or aggressiveness & was trying to bow up on me, like in high school! when i did come in to talk to Tim, Been was there. i said hi & tried making pleasantries but was again meet with a hatefull, downward look and a unwilling reply! my father felt so insulted, that he would come back with me. i had to bring the carpenter!! i doubt we'll be back, especially if Ben is there! that really sucks, after 30+ years of good service & quailty! but these past 2weeks, dealing with DTs has not been easy, very confusing & almost feels as if we are being ripped off or at the very least played with! Although they stated that they would exchange it, the second delivery was the same as the first. It was just like the first one which was NOT THE COLOR I expected. Talking with the salesman about this was a lost. He told me that I was 'stuck with it' and that the store was not going to change their mind. I see nothing acceptable about this and do not see why I have to be 'suck with' an item which does not meet my expectations nor can be used for the purpose intended. If you ordered a stove and received a desk instead, would you be happy with it? I intend to report to the BBB too!
