The atmosphere is everything a Texas BBQ joint should be, and having folks enter from the pit area was a stroke of genius. It really sets the expectation & mood. There's "decent" BBQ places here in Ohio, but there's no question Texas does it best, and Hard 8 is a true standout! (LOVE those charros!)
