Casa Vieja is a Colombian cuisine restaurant. I'm not too familiar with the dishes, so I opted for the mini Bandera Paisa, which is a traditional dish consisting of pork skin, sausage, sweet plantain, fried egg, thin steak, corn cake, red beans, white rice, and avocado. Not sure how this was the mini dish, but everything was so good. The food was well seasoned and not overly greasy or heavy. My request for spice was delivered with 2 salsas and grilled serranos. My beverage of choice was a mango juice, very refreshing, and the natural sweetness was complementary to my savory dish. I wish I had room for dessert, but this just gives me more of an incentive to return. Happy with the entire experience, if you haven't been, stop by!
