It's actually located at 354 NY-59, Nanuet, NY 10954 (it's their new location) The owner recommended a dish for us to try (can't remember the name of it but it was a cut open bag of chips with corn, sour cream, and cheese) it was delicious! Especially when you add their salsa verde to it. The elotes were hands down the best I've had!. In the back of the place, they have billiard tables and casino games. They also have a store that sells 100% Mexican products. This is the perfect date night spot but it's also a perfect place if you want to grab a quick bite.

We had to then repeatedly ask for chips n salsa and water. Drink orders taken but waited like 15 min for drinks, still no menu or water. Finally meal order taken, asked more chips, waited like another 15 min. We finally got meals but no place-setting, had to wait for that, my GF enchiladas were cold n the cheese not melted, she didn't wanna say a word, we all know what is rumored to happen to our food when we complain. Nobody came by as customary to ask if everything was OK Very disappointing, we expect on busy sat nights to be slower but like I said, place was mostly not crowded and the wait staff was just wandering, less than attentive or concerned, even when our first round of drinks were done, nobody asking if we wanted another, don't restaurants make their money on drinks? We had heard for quite some time how great hacienda is but we were not impressed and def NOT rushing back

The prices were very decent, and the food is made fresh. I ordered a chicken quesadilla, chips and guacamole, and loaded nacho fries for my kid. It was all so delicious. It's a great place to grab a quick bite while shopping at the plaza, or before/after catching a movie at Regal cinema which is in the same complex. Sombrero Tacoria applies the fast-casual ethos of chain takeout places with a proper dine-in component that's aesthetically pleasing. The interior is clean, cheerfully decorated, and pristine. In warmer weather, you can also eat on the chic and comfortable outside patio. The food is fresh and tastes good. The birria tacos, their signature item, is pretty awesome. And the child and I always enjoy their quesadilla. While I favor Chipotle's bowls more, this is a much nicer dining experience. The horchata and homemade lemonade are both great. Service is quick, and if you order in, they'll bring the food to your table. For takeout, there are also self order kiosks if you'd rather not order at the counter. Over the summer there was a live DJ on Friday evenings, bringing a festive atmosphere to the restaurant.
