While the setting isn't overly fancy, the natural beauty of the river paired with the immense warmth of the staff makes it incredibly special. The crab legs and shrimp are some of the best I've had in a long time, and the portions are generous. That said, the service during my last visit was really disappointing. Our server, Ashley, forgot our food more than once and seemed irritated whenever we asked for help or updates. Everyone can have an off day, but the attitude and lack of attention really took away from what should've been a great dining experience. I'd still recommend this place for the food alone, but I really hope management takes a closer look at improving customer service. With better staff attitudes, this would easily be a five-star restaurant.
