Reaching out via their website goes unanswered when questioned about their lack of patrols they perform and their supposed tracking system that appears to be non existent. If and when they drive by and feel like doing what they are paid for they may leave a pointless citation/warning on someone's window when they are violating the rules and even when the rules aren't being violated. They have left warning notices on the same car multiple times with no tow call. They have left warning notices on residents paying to park in the community. It is now a joke because parking is not being enforced because Golden Eagle doesn't perform. Would never recommend their services for parking enforcement!

April 7 contacted customer service and informed they that they have until Thursday to have a representative contact me or service will be cancelled here it is Wednesday and nothing and their equipment is not cheap. It is really expensive. Do believe all the 5 star reviews for their service. Better getting a guard dog don't be fooled by their lies of the best service in the business. Wish I had checked Yelp reviews prior to contact them.

For my first home, the actual owner showed up for my installation. This guy was amazing! He connected my Sonos Arc and Sub in my living room and ran my wired outdoor speakers through my walls using the Sonos receiver. I was so impressed I hired them a second time. Next, Unify connected my Yamaha receiver to my second home's upstairs loft. Again, they ran the speaker wire through the walls and ran power and HDMI cables through my cabinets. I also purchased a second sub and receiver from Unify for my living room and had the tech connect my ARC, two subwoofer, game room, and outdoor speakers. These guys are true masters of their art! I will be calling them to set up my smart home soon.
