Most important info about Aztec inspection I can give is I would recommend Justin to anyone in the area he services. He doesn't use a pre filled out checklist or go into so much detail that you have a book to review. He gives a solid detailed inspection of all the important items you need to know the condition of before making a purchase. At the end of the inspection he spent as much time as I was willing to take from him to answer all my questions. He definitely did not make me feel rushed. His report is listed in three easy to understand categories from good to bad. He had inspection to me on the day he said he would which happened to be next day. He has responded to my emails regarding questions about the report after the fact in a timely manner. Justin was VERY thorough, even pointed out that there was 1 broken roofing tile, couldn't help but imagine him on the roof inspecting every tile, ha. Pointed things we probably dont even pay attention to and issues we may encounter and what we can do to avoid them.
