A must stop by in the area if you love books and book stores!! Impressive selection of books, records, stamps, antique media and prints. Owner has done a great job of including the local history, North Carolina history, and coastal NC heritage in the inventory. Pricing is very fair. I really enjoyed stopping by!

Nice little place, an over abundance of wonderful used book smells! Great variety of genre's and a great deal of 3 books for $6!

Even though small, they have quite a variety of collectibles. Including comics, games, action figures, records, etc. A nice mix of comics from 60s and up. A couple of old issues that I either have or have had in the past. It was a pleasant experience and nice chat about all things collectible.

While the shop itself isn't massive in scope, they are stock-piled with a whole lot of awesome stuff. There is a heavy emphasis on action figures and I saw plenty of the Marvel Legends, GI Joe and Star Wars figures along with several groups of classic toys as well, meaning older editions of this stuff that either were of their own personal collections or from others who wished to part with the treasures. Also before you ask, yes they have Funko Pops. Of course there are comic books both new and more vintage and while some of those are in boxes, the higher priced editions are up above on racks or the wall space to be showcased better. I didn't purchase anything despite having my eyes set on the brand-new Hasbro Cobra Commander. I didn't bring a big suitcase with me so I only had so much room to carry stuff back. The staff was friendly and I encourage all like-minded geeks to pay them a visit. There is surely a little something for all ages of collector.

There was a range of items but I especially liked all the Christmas items. I hadn't planned on buying anything but the prices were very fair and I fell in love with 2 bowls, a Fenton vase, some wooden ornaments, a little cookbook, and a cookie cutter. I saw many other items that I had to resist as well. The staff was friendly...especially adorable Reba, the cute little dog that greeted me at the door. I really enjoyed my visit and plan on stopping by again.

The people who work there are extremely helpful, especially when it comes to checking the prices of their items outside. Upon checking out all of the items I brought to the counter where inspected for any possible issues. The lady noticed that the cross on the Rosary Beads I was purchasing was broken & wanted to make sure that I was aware of it before making my purchase. I told her I was aware of it but that I was still wanting to purchase them because of how they reminded me of my Nana's. If you love going to Antique Shops & are in the Shallotte area this little place won't be a disappointment. There are several great stores in the area but since this one isn't that big it makes for a must see even if you're in a bit of a time crunch!
