    Azazie was by far my favorite bridal store and experience. When we walked in, we were greeted and taken to a fitting room quickly. I will start off by saying, the experience is more unique than a normal bridal store. At Azazie, it is a bride/guest lead experience; there's racks of dresses you can try on and you put them on and take them off yourself. They offered TONS of styles to choose from: fit and flare, mermaid, blushes, ballgown, and their signature Barbie collection. My appointment was an hour and I was able to try on about 8 wedding dresses. The first dress I tried on, I ended up saying Yes to, but wanted to try other styles, in case something caught my eye. Their sample dresses come in several sizes. In the main room, the sample sizes were a 2-8 and another dress size 10-22. They did offer another room attached with extended sizing and duplicates. The dress I ended up saying yes to was absolutely beautiful. My dress had tons of detail, more than the average dress. Another plus was the pricing, for the amount of detail on my dress, the value was not comparable. Most of the dresses I tried on were $300-800. In terms of parking, they don't have an attached parking lot. However, there is plenty of metered parking in front of the store, as well as, neighborhood parking. If you park in the neighborhood, make sure you look at the signs as some days are not available or you are limited to a certain number of hours. Overall, I was impressed by my experience from the staff being helpful to the dress I said yes to.

    I've been here twice, great experience each time. The first time I thought I found the one. But after losing some weight I wanted to try others and be sure. So glad I did, because I found the one today. Izzy was so warm and welcoming. Alli actually remembered us from our first visit. She is sooo sweet, really the cherry on top for me. I really appreciate the affordability of the dresses and the customer service! :)

    Azazie is known for its bridal and bridesmaid couture online. It's awesome they have an actual store front in Beverly Hills. Making an appointment was easy online. They sent several reminders leading up to the actual day. Parking was a bit limited but there was neighborhood parking and a garage nearby. The storefront is beautiful and upon walk in it gives off extremely classy vibes. I checked in with the girl at the front and she explained I had an hour to try on dresses and if I found a gown I liked then they can walk me through the ordering process. Otherwise I was shown my room and off to the races. What I found unfortunate is that no one introduced themselves to myself or offered any help. The rack had a ton of sizes but about 6-8 dress styles in each size range. Obviously a very limited inventory from the website. However, I am so glad I came in store because every dress style I tried on I was a different size so I am glad I didn't order online as I would have had to return it. Otherwise, the dress I did like I tried in satin and asked the employee for help in finding it in chiffon she seemed a bit annoyed as she was helping another guest but oh well. It was odd to me that the other guest had two employees helping her and seemed incredibly helpful. I felt completely disregarded. I found a dress that was really beautiful so I ordered that style online. I completed the purchase online with no assistance but pretty easy to navigate. I'm glad I had the option to try on in person as I would have gotten the size wrong online. Overall beautiful store just lacking in customer service.

    I don't even know where to begin! My experience at the Azazie Bride showroom in Beverly Hills was incredible. I had been searching for wedding dresses for months and wasn't sure what to expect, since I had only heard about the company through a Facebook group. I am so glad I went! Ali and Izzy were absolutely wonderful. They were warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful. They made the whole appointment feel personal and relaxed. I tried on several dresses at different price points, and I was honestly shocked at the quality for the price. Their dresses are beautiful, well-made, and very reasonably priced. The showroom itself was spotless and very organized, and even though the dresses are tried on throughout the day, everything looked clean and well cared for. Out of all the places I've gone dress shopping, this was by far the best experience and yes... I found the one! I posted photos of the dresses I didn't choose in hopes that it helps other brides browsing reviews. Their sizing was also very accurate, which is such a relief since many bridal sizes tend to run small. I highly recommend Azazie. I am so grateful they have a showroom in my area because it truly made all the difference. Thank you to the entire team for making beautiful, affordable gowns and providing such a great experience!

    If you are thinking about going to Azazie to look at dresses definitely GO! They have top notch customer service and a wonderful selection. Allie helped me find my dream wedding dress! Allie was very helpful along with others in the boutique.

I've noticed they sell out of their popular sizes quickly like 2-4 so I recommend to call ahead and check with the staff to see if they have your size. Regardless I've had good shopping experiences and the staff is very friendly.

    I tried this company for the first time by placing an order 8/31 for HOCO dresses for my daughter,…read more2 weeks before event. I do A LOT of online shopping and a familiar with carriers and shipping speeds and I checked their their return policy as well as their shipping policy prior to ordering. Sadly, I didn't think to check what their policy is for lost packages. Originally my delivery date was 9/5 (bc holiday weekend), but I got a msg on 9/5 saying shipment was delayed because the carrier misrouted the package and the new arrival would be 9/9 (today). But the tracking shows the pkg has been and still is in Henderson NV (from CA to CO, then backwards to NV before it, if ever, gets to TX). Their horribly annoying automated system told me the package would be delivered Saturday 9/13 or Monday 9/15. By then it will be too late. I spoke to their customer service and found out they have a terrible policy in place for missing packages. Not only do I have to wait the full 6 business days (normal, but they said 6th day is tomorrow but on my calendar its today if 9/1 was the holiday), but if it doesn't arrive tomorrow (which tracking indicates it won't), they wait ANOTHER 14 DAYS before they will declare it missing. FOURTEEN DAYS after expected delivery?!?! I have never heard of giving a carrier that much EXTRA time to "locate" a lost package. They use an unheard of carrier that can't route packages correctly and their own company policy is to wait 14 days AFTER the expected delivery date for said carrier to locate the misrouted/lost package before Princess Polly admits they lost it. Insane. Its been delayed twice already and their customer service and company policies are subpar in the industry. Honestly we don't even know if we want their dresses, since this is our first (last) time ordering from them. We don't have the dresses we ordered in time for my daughters HOCO, despite ordering 2 weeks in advance; I still have to now take her shopping at a store with only a couple days before event; and I won't get a refund for another 2 weeks or longer. So I'm out money plus no dresses, plus extra work. Princess Polly should be ashamed of themselves and also out of business.

I walked into the store perusing the nicely put together merchandise and waited to be attended. Not one of the 4 clerks noticed my existence. Walked to the register hoping someone would notice I was ready to pay. After 5 mins of standing at the register with with a pair of shoes on hand, a young clerk walked right past me, in front of me however entirely ignoring me. She did this 2 more times until (probably my furious stare) made her finally acknowledge me. She was not cordial nor helpful. Asked me what I wanted as if her employment didn't depend on costumer purchases. I asked her to call the manager, she instead called another clerk (a more seasoned one) who instead of offering assistance and and an apology, nervously wrote down generic information and fumbled a few words. When the manager finally came up, he looked annoyed that he had to deal either the subject and let the other clerk finish writing the info. He did not even attempt to say hello. All in all, disastrous costumer service. These people are the reason why stores close down and online shopping takes over. No disappointing, and rude interactions with dense humans.
