On December 15, 2025, at approximately 1:45 PM, I visited the store intending to purchase an H&K 9mm MP5, which I had previously seen at a very competitive price. Unfortunately, my visit was disappointing due to the lack of attention and professionalism from the staff on duty. Although the store was not busy at the time, I was initially ignored upon entering. I understand that one staff member was assisting another customer, which is completely reasonable, but there appeared to be only one person behind the counter. After waiting for some time, I sought assistance from another employee, who seemed visibly bothered and uninterested in helping. He provided little to no information about the firearm and gave the impression that he would rather not be there. After waiting roughly twenty minutes, I was finally shown the weapon, but the interaction lacked enthusiasm, courtesy, and professionalism. While I recognize that every business can have off days, I believe that all customers--regardless of the cost of their intended purchase--should receive respectful and attentive service. I wanted to share this feedback not out of frustration, but in the hope that it helps improve the customer experience for future visitors. Professionalism and common courtesy should be standard practice, especially in a store representing high-quality products and a respected brand. Thank you for your time and understanding. We had general knowledge of handgun defense, but found we were severely unprepared for real world scenarios with stress involved, when you only have seconds to react. I highly recommend this class as an intro to this training company. I believe they are amongst the top in the country when in comes to tactics that actually work and keep you alive. Mike starts out with the philosophy of the Warrior Mindset and then shows how every aspect of life should be approached with this mindset. The class was worth more than the money, and the smaller class size helped personalize each person's training for where their skill level is currently at. Zev's focus on safety allayed a lot of my fears, especially since I'm a gun shy novice. Zev is an expert in firearms and sports a wide array of pistols and firearms to explore. Beyond target practice, and real-life action simulation training, we went through drills on draw-and-fire, timing exercises, and short- and long-range practice. My favorite has to be his armory equivalent of a speed bag. Set up as a propeller, bullet momentum is used to activate and move targets, so anyone of any level can be sufficiently challenged. From the moment we hopped on the ATVs to the full-on machine gun experience, it felt like we were dropped straight into a real-life video game--except way more fun and way louder. Rick made everything exciting, and safe. He knew his stuff, kept the energy high, and made sure we all felt like total pros out there (even if we definitely were not.) Between the rocky ride and the adrenaline rush of shooting, this was hands-down one of the coolest things we've ever done. Our guide, Noah, truly made the entire experience. He was incredibly patient, kind, and attentive, making sure everyone felt comfortable and confident on the ATVs. On top of that, Noah was super knowledgeable about the area and shared interesting facts along the way, which made the tour even more enjoyable. You could tell he genuinely cared about giving us a great experience. Whether you're adventurous or a little nervous going in, this is 100% worth it.
