That said, the cleanliness of the salon could definitely be improved, as it made me feel a bit uneasy during my visit. Also, be prepared to spend some time there since the service is on the slower side but because my technician took her time which I appreciated. I asked for French tips, and while I did receive them, the style was different from what I expected. They were more subtle and natural-looking, with lightly painted ends. Personally, I prefer a more glamorous, bold French tip look, so it wasn't quite what I had in mind, but others who like a more natural style might appreciate it. On the plus side, there's plenty of parking available, which makes it convenient. Perfect location. As I walked up to the business a man was smoking right in front of the building, which is against city ordinances, and I had to walk through his cloud of smoke to enter for a pedi. I was shocked to see he worked at the nail salon, and he proceeded to straighten his stuff without washing his hands. He was preparing a pedicure chair and when I realized he was going to be doing mine I asked for someone else. I still smelt the smoke on my clothes and was disgusted that he hadn't washed his hands yet, and there's no way I wanted his breath or dirty hands on me. A patron then accosted me calling me a "Karen" and I was not comfortable staying, or ever going back. I like to support smaller businesses and I'd had a pleasant experience there before, but it's unfortunate they have a sloppy smoker polluting the air of customers. I was visiting from out of town & needed a pedi for an event I was attending, so I decided to try out this place since it was close to where I was staying. The inside was dirty, they had bad communication & the technician I got was an older man that smelled strongly of cigarettes. His nails were filthy & he gave me creepy vibes. He was asking me if people have told me my feet are "sexy" and kept singing to me. It was a very unsettling experience all together & I would recommend to stay away from this place. They did cut me twice and for some reason they used a full on my toes even though i just had on regular polish, but even glitter and they hurt me with that too. HORRIBLE! ! ! :( there were tears involved. I left hating my nails. For the price I paid, these were not worth it. I could do my own nails better tbh which I had to do as soon as I got home. I repainted the black. The color of my soul after I left the salon. Also, the nails broke in less than a week. The design was poorly done and smeared which is crazy because a Bobby pin could make this design. I have the reference photo. I am just shocked that they think this is acceptable service. I visited the salon and it was very quick to get a dip manicure. However, the quality of the dip was terrible. 4 days after my manicure I had 5 chipped nails and they were not covering the entire nail bed. This ended up in my beautiful long nails being broken. The dip was laid unevenly and so I went back and they replaced 2 of the nails however 2 days after that .. 6 days from the original dip manicure I had 3 additional nails crack. This was a mass of a manicure and damaged my real nail bed underneath. The process in which they removed my pre existing dip was also so harsh my fingers were so dry from the acetone. Wrap the fingers individually next time! I will not be returning to this place again. Waste of money and time. read more

I have come to this place a few times and had bad experiences twice. The first time, the lady doing my nails was in a rush and she was trimming my cuticles and cut a big chunk out of my thumb. It wouldn't stop bleeding for about 40 minutes. I told her she could do all my other nails, but I would rather come back later once the wound healed a bit to do the powder dip on my thumb because I didn't want it to get infected by the powder. She insisted on doing the powder then in there because she wouldn't have time later. (see the picture of the chunk she took out of my skin.) The second time, I came in and had a regular pedicure $30 a full set of acrylic nails with regular polish on top. I was told before the service that the acrylic nails would be $45. Somehow they charged me $92 for both and I was in a hurry to get out of there and didn't notice how much they charged me until afterward. Days after the service, my nails that were supposed to be a bubble bath pink look like they have fungus and have turned yellow. Also, they forgot to put the clear topcoat on my toes after my pedicure until right before I walked out the lady came over and told me that I still needed the topcoat. She insisted that I kept my sandals on while she applied it. I was wearing suede sandals that I paid over $150 for and she got clearcoat all over the front of the suede on the sandal so now my shoes are ruined. I called to ask them why they charged me so much and they said that because of the type of powder they used for the acrylic they charged me more. Nobody told me this would be the case. They just used the other powder and charged me an additional $17 which makes no sense to me. I would not have let them use that powder if I knew they were going to up charge me so much. It made no difference which type of acrylic powder they used. And to top it off my nails look like they have fungus because the color is yellow and dingy within 2 days. While, I was speaking to the lady on the phone she told me that the reason I wasn't told that I was going to be charged more was because the nail technician didn't know what she was doing and they offered no refund or solution other than an apology. I definitely will not be going back here and should not have gone back after my first bad experienced. read more

Not usually one to leave a review but I went here just to get my nails removed and was charged 20 dollars to sit for 20 min with product used to removed acrylics when I told them I had sculpting gel on. The person used the machine so much on my nails they are still hurting 24-hours later. I've never had a dip manicure where I left with wet nails.
