Buyer beware!! I…read moreopened a mailbox at this location in 2025 because I needed a mailing address for a business endeavor. I rarely get mail there, but needed the address. I received a notice to renew my box after one year. I went into the store in December 2025 and paid for another year. Today I went in to cancel my box because I am moving and no longer need this address. I never received any mail there, but paid for 2 years of box service. This was my choice. I was told that I didn't have a box there. Despite taking my money for a years service, for some unknown reason (they didn't even have a record of why they did it), they closed my mailbox in March. I asked for a refund and was told that they don't offer refunds on mailboxes. Even though they canceled the service I PAID FOR WITHOUT RECEIVING ANY INPUT FROM ME, OR EVEN NOTIFYING ME, 1/4 of the way through the year, I was refused a refund. They did offer me 6 months of mailbox service, which does me absolutely no good since I am leaving the area! They screwed up and refused to take ownership of the mistake they made!

Communication is confusing and unprofessional -- one thing is said, then something completely different happens. The manager told me it would be fine this week and that I would be contacted to arrange pickups at my business, but nothing has been properly followed through. On top of that, several employees were openly complaining about their workload in front of customers, which only makes the experience worse. The guitar was missing its case, and was placed in a "speed pack". There were damages (cracks and scratching). We spoke and both of us agreed to resolve this by taking it to his resources for repair. A few hours later he claimed to have gone to 2 repair shops and feedback was it was not his fault. He heavily relied on this information and turned around and dismissed all responsibility, claiming it was already damaged. He offered a small amount of monetary damages, but when he returned the guitar to my home his tone changed and was very rude. And went back on his word about paying for damages. He got in a shouting match outside of my home with me. My neighbors and family witnessed it. Zeev didnt handle this very well. Zeev comes across as a happy and professional in the beginning, claiming his company has no drama. But its not true. He doesnt handle conflict very well and that must be the way he handles no drama. I told him he'd be getting a bad review, and he had his chance to turn this all around to resolve where the customer would be happy to do business with again. But unfortunately due to those events I will never go back to his services. I paid over $3900 for this service (2 days), tipped his crew both days and I provided lunch and dinner.

I'm retired military and 100% disabled so we wanted to save money and use a local moving company that is owned by veterans. At the end of the day they spent nine hours time and charged us for 12 hours labor at a cost of $1,400.00. We tried to communicate with them via phone and email and our communication attempts went unanswered. Finally, they would not provide us an invoice to justify the cost nor would they return our calls. I encourage anyone reading this to avoid Harmony Moving.

I say loading because everything was packed and staged towards the front of the house, except for the furniture. The team was nice and friendly enough, but very inexperienced and unprepared. Furniture was the only thing that would require additional work, and there were three beds to take apart. They were simple, but the team only brought one screw driver so that was a time consuming process. They were only able to take apart two because one was an IKEA bed, and a screwdriver isn't a substitute for an allen wrench. The team told me they could not pack one piece of furniture because they did not have straps to secure it. I had told the company about this piece of furniture when I had booked them weeks in advance,and they were still unprepared. When they were "done" at the storage unit, I went to see. Things were haphazardly stacked, like a mattress upright on top of my dining room table. 90% of boxes were the same sizes, aside from a few uniform stackable totes. They had been staged that way in my home, but they were all mixed up in the unit. The door to the unit couldn't shut. Ricky called to give me my total and ask how the team did. I told him the issues, he offered to have the team stay to fix the unit so it would close. They couldn't get it right the first time, I did not want to pay for them to fix their mistake. He offered to get the piece of furniture in the morning, I could not rely on the company to make a timely appearance, so I declined. Ricky did give a discount, but the total was nearly double the original estimate because of the time. I genuinely don't understand how a 3-4 hour job took over 6 hours. There was absolutely zero packing and I personally moved all fragile things like tvs and mirrors. As a military family, this move was time sensitive. It was just my daughter and myself, I had recently had surgery, and I thought a company owned and operated by veterans would understand the time constraints best. We had to move from the house the next day. Harmony Movers showed up 6 hours late. It took them twice as long as it should have. After fixing the storage unit, I got home at 930pm. That is when I discovered not only had they left the piece of furniture, but most of the contents of my garage as well. We took everything to my neighbors garage so I could rent a uhaul in the morning side it was so late. I gave my piece of furniture away so the house could be empty for the inspection the next morning. Hiring Harmony Movers was a terrible experience. What should have been a quick, easy ordeal that took 5 hours at most ended up taking two days. One day with them, one day sorting out the mess they'd left. I rented a uhaul, moved weights I shouldn't have because of the surgery, rented another storage unit instead of fixing their mess, stayed an extra night at the hotel and delayed our departure a day.
