When I called, they (sorry, I don't remember who I spoke with) gave me the name (Dan) and his number of their next door business associate who had what I was looking for. After speaking with Dan (who was out running errands), he told me that, depending on when we left the hospital, he would either meet me at the store. Or, he could DELIVER it to my residence. :O Well, it turned out that we left shortly after my initial conversation with Dan. So, I texted him my address and he delivered the commode fully assembled and at the price that he told me about over the phone. Kudos to Dan and Wells UD&MS.

Calling or sending them an email is the most work I've had to do. I waited for over 2 months to get authorization for equipment from one of their local competitors, only to get the run around and no equipment. Luckily I found Military Medical. They had my equipment ordered in less than 24 hours and delivered to my home. Resupply was just as easy. They have a lot to offer - CPAP machine and resupply, Medela pumps, sports-themed nebulizers for the kiddos, to name a few. I wish I could give them 10 stars. Don't waste your time going elsewhere.

He and the staff made it clear that my questions and concerns were an inconvenience. That's unacceptable in any healthcare setting. Patients are already dealing with pain, stress, and serious concerns which lead us to take these medications in the first place-- our concerns shouldn't be met with dismissiveness and attitude when trying to understand our treatment. Taking 5 minutes to explain something with patience and respect should be basic standard. It's concerning that it isn't here. I wanted to install an auxillary brake in my vehicle. They first checked with ADOT for any authorization and actually none was needed. We made a date and they installed it and checked it to see if it was working properly. Great job, Alex was my technician and the work was excellent. Now, while I was waiting, I saw the wonderful care everyone provided to special needs customers that came into their showroom. They were so kind and patient with family members and special needs person. Over and above with careful considerations. The general manager, Jason came out just to say Hi and reaffirm if there were any extra needs that the family had. The manager, technician were spending time with the family going over measurements and details. Everyone was super!!! I was touched to see them care for the special needs customers. Then you get there and are mad at them because it's not ready. People do your part and things run smoothly. I absolutely LOVE CVS on 280 N Avondale Blvd, I wait for my texts and follow their instructions. Bam whata you know my script is ready because I followed their procedures. If you don't know ask: Cedar and Kari are two of the most caring people I've met. The rest of the staff is really supportive as well.
