He also showed me pictures of the inside of the duct connecting the vent to the outside of my house, and he speculated that the last company to "clean" the vent broke the duct (he showed me the defect before he began the task of cleaning the vent/duct. I googled Eagle garage and I made a call at 8:55AM on a Sunday and the kind woman dispatched the tech and said he'd be out the same day and let me know that the tech would call. Tech called literally 5 minutes later and gave me a window of 2 hours. I texted him the address and then he called back saying he'd be there in 30 mins. They knew the job had not been completed successfully, yet I was still required to pay in full, which made the experience feel unfair and exploitative.
